Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. They didn't align the driver side door back correctly so the soft close wouldn't work and the jam wasn't aligned. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.

The location is completely inhospitable, no waiting area, no nearby amenities, and you're basically forced to rideshare back and forth. In my case, that alone cost a ridiculous amount. Not their fault, but it is part of the customer experience. I paid about $1,000 to tint a coupe, which feels excessive when similar work in the city runs closer to $600-$700. At least in the city, you can pick up your car in daylight, actually see the work, and have someone walk you to your car turn the lights on and/or answer questions. Here, the lot is dark, hard to navigate, and just not convenient. My car was parked outside in the dark parking lot which is already black on black and they have a well lit interior garage. I picked the car up the rep didn't walk with me around the car...nothing. The quality of the work was good and the staff was fine, no issues there, but between the pricing and the location, I wouldn't go back. I'm sure there are comparable shops in the city that deliver the same quality without the hassle.

However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.
