We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. To clarify a few points -- it was explained during your interview that all staff are required to purchase and bring their own leash. This policy wasn't introduced unexpectedly; it's standard practice here, as employees are more likely to keep track of equipment they personally own.
Regarding training, each employee has access to a shared schedule that includes links and videos demonstrating proper handling, cleaning, and other daily procedures. These materials are available at all times for review and reference. Walking dogs is also part of the kennel tech position, which was discussed clearly during the interview process.
As for reminders about small details, verbal warnings are a normal part of ensuring safety and consistency -- especially when it comes to proper dog handling, sanitation of crates, and securely latching kennel doors to ensure all dogs are properly contained and safe. Consistent attention to these details helps maintain the well-being of every dog in our care.
Additionally, had there truly been any concerns or confusion, they could have -- and should have -- been brought directly to administration or addressed with Eric personally. Open communication is always encouraged, and we make every effort to resolve any issues that are brought to our attention.
Lastly, we take accusations of discrimination very seriously. However, no examples were ever presented, and this claim does not reflect our company's values or culture. read more
