Office staff is helpful and friendly whenever I need to go in for something, which isn't often but I know they'll take care of whatever. Maintenance staff is where this place really shines though. The entire staff is friendly and very responsive to any issues that come up. Fernando is usually the guy to fix anything I need and he always does it with a smile. He's always super fast to respond and update me on any progress for things that can't be fixed right away.

There are many rules, which is fine, but they don't apply equally to everyone. My daughter's car was once parked in the same non-reserved spot for 4 days, and I was told that I had to move it. Meanwhile, the same burgundy Honda pilot is parked in the same spot at the front of the complex on a daily basis in a non-reserved spot, but that does not seem to be an issue. Also, I was told that I needed to remove my privacy screen from my balcony. Meanwhile, 1/4 of all patio/balconies have an item that is not allowed, but they are not asked to remove their items.

The Villas check every box! But besides the classic comfortable layout of the apartments or the location & amenities, the team @ Villas make it 10 out of 10. Manager Leo, Julie & Josh are on it. We moved from a house and having to deal with day to day issues such as a clogged sink or a roof leak is a burden to say the least. Having this team and there attention & speed to detail in any situation that arises is way above standard! We have made amazing life long friends with our neighbors, this place is great... I moved to Vintage Shores about a month and a half ago to be close to my daughter, her husband and my 3 grandchildren and that alone is gold but moving here I got a lot more. My apartment is so cute,with a lot more storage space than it looks like at first glance. I look forward to the weather becoming a bit warmer to enjoy my morning coffee on my patio. The beautiful,peaceful grounds are adorned with flowers and the fresh scent of ocean air. The laundry room,pool and Jacuzzi are so clean. Along with friendly people, the aroma of good coffee fills the Clubhouse in the morning. There is even a social worker available every Monday. Mina ,the Community Manager, is absolutely lovely and makes sure that everything is always attended to for the residents,making this piece of ground not just an apartment complex but a real home. Luis,who is in charge of maintenance, can fix anything around here and knows what he is doing .Everything inside the apartment and outside on the grounds and Clubhouse is so well maintained. I just love this place. I have found a little bit of Heaven right here at Vintage shores. Over the last 4 and 1/2 years all of the common areas have consistently been clean and well-maintained.Luis always has a genuine smile for all of the residents and he and Augusin are always there when they are needed. It's clear that they take great pride in ensuring the community remains a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. I so appreciate that when the pandemic first hit Mina ordered new stand alone mailboxes that were placed outside as opposed to a mail room where all of us would go to collect mail and thus keeping residents safe. A team of about 10 and each of them are very experienced and professional. Our two-month renovation project consisted numerous items from small to large including two fireplaces in Living Room and Dining Room, wood wall panel installation, PAX walk-in closet, bedroom door replacement, cabinet doors replacement, baseboard, bathtub glass sliding door, garage demolition and drywall installation, laundry cabinet/countertop/hanging rack, utility sink installation, PAX shoe closet, kitchen hardware replacement, TVs and speakers wall mount, and so on. Robert is very knowledgeable, attention to details, always considering items for long term use, and "zero" cutting corners. He is very thoughtful and takes into consideration from designer's plan and owner's asks and expectations as well as combining his technical experiences to make all projects practical, safe, and most importantly appealing. He is able to pivot when needed. Additionally, he went above and beyond to take care and adjust some of the minor things he saw throughout the house during renovation. Construction is still going inside our apartment. Loud, disruptive, and our family with a toddler can't live there. We're paying full rent anyway. Picture it: a leak you didn't cause, and you're the one paying for it. Before you sign here, ask: How long do repairs really take? Will they lower your rent when one takes over your home? How often do the elevator and garage gate break?
