My father-in-law was told several times that there was an "emergency" that he had to take care of and that "weather permitting" that the job could be competed in a few weeks. I finally called to see what could be done. Well, I guess, as the owner recently told me, that there have been a lot of trees on houses in the last 5 months that demanded his attention. In a curt response (during my second call) he shared that if I was unwilling to wait that we could find someone else. This is just a heads up for whomever. Sad.
