My father-in-law was told several times that there was an "emergency" that he had to take care of and that "weather permitting" that the job could be competed in a few weeks. I finally called to see what could be done. Well, I guess, as the owner recently told me, that there have been a lot of trees on houses in the last 5 months that demanded his attention. In a curt response (during my second call) he shared that if I was unwilling to wait that we could find someone else. My father-in-law (87 years old) has a dangerous tree that must be removed and kept believing his word. Heaven Sent Tree Service said in clear words that unless the tree was "on the house" he could not get to it yet. We are unwilling to wait. So, we will indeed need to find someone else. This is just a heads up for whomever. Sad.
