The initial experience went well. I ended up driving to there location due to the fact they did not have access to my location. Which was not a problem with me. After receiving my vehicle I was told to let they imperfections dry out and everything would clear up. They also stated they had a limited warranty. Which I though was nice. A week goes by and the scratches that I thought were imperfections did not go away. I then texted the company they said give it a little longer, and if it does not go away, they will fix it. I did that and message them back to let them know, and receive no reply a week later I Message them again, and received no reply. I then messaged him through her email to be more formal. Maybe they just lost her number. really like to give the best benefit of the doubt but after reading the reviews I guess I should have read them before I went to this business. I would not recommend this business. Unprofessional. sloppy work.

I went to get two cars tinted after the thanksgiving holiday and it was a job well done. took a bit…read moreof time for the first one but it was middle of the day probably just catching up on work and the other was a 30 min turnaround. the tint job is very nice and customer service is exquisite. a bit on the pricey side when compared to others but it's well worth the extra money for the quality service. also ended up bringing my vehicle back 4 days later for a windshield tint and he did his best to squeeze me in right before the hectic christmas holidays. all around 10/10 if i ever need tinting service or someone i know needs tinting service this place is at the top of my list. thanks guys!

I'm not sure about the warranty on other tints they carry. I called with a few questions on a Saturday morning, Barbara answered the phone and most of my questions, however some could not be answered without my vehicle being there. She asked me to come in so she could best help me. When I arrived she remembered my name, joked that she had answers for my questions, putting me at ease even more than she did on the phone. Barbara then proceeded to answer all of my questions, told me about things I had not thought of, helped me make an informed decision about what I wanted and gave me a fair price. Cody was also very informative on the different products that they offered, even putting small samples of the two tints I was interested in on my window so I could see how they looked and metered what the visible light transmission was. He then did a great job installing my chosen tint, making sure it was done right, and providing me with proper instructions making sure I know how to care for it, and maintain it. He even recommended a tint safe glass cleaner, that is inexpensive and readily available. Matt dropped by while Cody was installing the tint, introduced himself and his friend to me, as well as invited me to go fishing with him or his Dad sometime. Everyone makes you feel like you are family or a long time friend. Matt and his staff are awesome, they are a great family business that puts customer service first! They have a nice clean showroom, waiting area, installation bays and may be able to do same day service if time and staffing allows. I was highly impressed, and that is not an easy thing to do! I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! Everything's in the pics! I went 3 stars because they are kind and approach with professionalism.
