She showed us a ton of homes and when we found the one for us, she went to work. We got the home below our budget, she pointed us to preferred loan sources, a great local title attorney, and basically everyone else we needed; heck she even helped me find a landscaper. Who the heck does that? Needless to say, we tell everyone about her. During the process she reached out to us at each and every point even after closing the deal. We've recommended her to several friends, and some have bought and thanked us for the referral. In my life I've never met a realtor so down to earth, we're looking for a condo in FL and asked if she knew anyone, she'd recommend LOL "she said I'm licensed in FL" so we're using her and looking forward to a nice place to go in S FL. Oh, and the company does property managment so we asked them to help us with our properties in Atlanta and they are doing fantastic so far.

We met Jennifer in early July to see if she would be able to work with us to find a retirement home…read moreon Amelia Island. Within a few minutes, we were in a conference room explaining to Jen our requirements, and looking at potential listings on a large screen TV. Over the next week or so, we looked at approximately eight properties. We were very much impressed with Jens' honesty and integrity with several of the properties. She and her company also tried to resolve an issue with a seller on an interested property and helped us make an informed decision to walk away from that listing. By the end of the week, we were under contract and are now about to close on a property that is perfect for us. We cannot thank Jennifer enough. Her knowledge of the Island and her creative solutions on the real estate side, made this a very easy process. Her professionalism, integrity and honesty made it a very rewarding process. As we are new to the area, this could have been a very overwhelming experience. However, my wife and I both feel that Jennifer's personality and kindness actually made it fun. We highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a professional realtor with integrity.

Jen Solomon was the perfect match. She provided guidance when we needed it, and prioritized our home shopping for the limited time we had available. Of course many agents will do that. What sets Jen apart is everything else she does for her clients - she stayed on top of the inspections/repairs, expedited a smooth closing, and even recommended a contractor for the renovations we needed after closing. We have no hesitation in recommending Jen Solomon for your real estate needs.

It took a little while because we had a list............. more like a hard backed book of things we just couldn't live without. I know a wine fridge for the dogs sounds excessive but what are we living in the stone ages? Anyway we came down and after a few visits we found the place for us on the Marsh, pool, spa, gourmet kitchen, wine fridge for the dogs our cat is a beer drinker so she didn't care. The best part they negotiated a heck of a deal and took us on an extensive tour of the area made us feel at home. When we needed help trades people, utilities, all the little stuff you need when you move in they were right there as helpful as can be. We love it here it is close enough to a big city but far enough away that you really enjoy the peace and quiet and the couple of times we've called for a question they make us feel like we are their only customer. There is no shortage of patience or customer service at Atlantic Salt I can't recommend Christine and Lloyd highly enough.
