You can image now frustrating it can be for sellers especially when you're days away from closing with one of the 4 buyers, to find out we weren't going to close. :( However, Adele always put our mind at ease and communicated with us whenever we had new information in the process. She offered options for us and advised us. She always reminded us that we could chose whichever option made the most sense to us. However, I always asked what she would do. :) I feel like this was a long process to get to the closing table, but she was always patient and understanding. She let me vent when I needed to as well. She also used her own props for staging of the home. We had already moved out of the property so it was bare bones before adding her special touches. She also helped us research contractors that would do some repair work for us, if the sellers requested it to be done before closing. It was a pleasant experience and I'm so glad we have made it through to the finish line. I'd use Adele again if I had to sell a home. This market is tough right now but she never lost faith.
