I appreciate his patience with her. It is located on the 4th floor of the Depaul Atrium bldg on Kingsley Ln. in Norfolk. The office was very clean & the other staff members were friendly. Finally get called to a room at 8:35 (remember 8a appt) still standing in room at 8:55 with no doctor in sight except sounds like he is seeing person who arrived 20 min after me because they werent first time patient. Dr. Schuff was referred from sentara hospital but so far i am not impressed. Room looks like dates from the early 90s and certainly not confidence inspiring. Perhaps other locations are better but i would avoid this location. Doctor rolled in about 9:05, cursory exam, says so what do you want to do? Really?
