From the time Angie welcomes you as you enter until you leave, the entire office environment is a very positive, uplifting experience. I have worked primarily with Andrea and Paul although it is clear that everyone in the clinic is standing by ready and willing. You can tell that everyone is happy at their craft. Both Andrea and Paul are very thorough, professional and it's obvious that each are totally dedicated to their craft. I'm not sure how this works, but somehow they actually make physical therapy fun! No kidding! My orthopaedic surgeon had me assigned to another Physical Therapist after my surgery. I went and talked with that firm and told them I preferred to stay with TTN. The lady smiled and said that she's very familiar with TTN and said that I am they are as good as any firm in town. With my docs permission, I stayed with TTN and I'm glad I did. I assure you, if you are looking for a great Physical Therapist practice - congratulations, you have found just that! They have my strongest possible population.

Right across the street from Mt Trashmore, the building had a lovely curb appeal to it and refreshing to see the newness of it all. Upon entering, I didn't have to deal with the stairs or anything like that which was good when you have back pain. It was very clean inside, quiet, and calming which made my nerves ease quite a bit right away. The receptionist were prompt and very easy to work with especially since I had my info put in prior to the appointment. That alone was a great experience as I apparently didn't fill out the pre-registered form correctly the week before however, I received a call and the receptionist walked me through it all filling it out for me which was lovely! It was less than ten minutes upon arrival until I went back with the assistants to which went over my info and made sure it was all matching in case I missed anything. After she left, minutes later Dr. Gauthier enter with his assistant to go over the info one last time. He was very welcoming and took his time making sure all the info was correct and if I had forgotten something and wanted to double check everything. I did remember I had a nerve test to which he then sent the assistant out to get information from that facility. In this time, he performed his testing/evaluation of my issues and then talked about exactly what was going on in his findings and how the procedure was going to work. He assured me that this process would be a bit different and most likely much better than the "caudal injection" to which was excruciating for me in the past. I had such a calm and comforting feeling with the process and really appreciated it. He told me what to take off and would return to take me back for the quick procedure. The assistant came back and escorted me to the room and again, very clean, modern and comforting. The assistant had small talk with me waiting on the Dr to which he quickly returned and picked up right with the assistant. We were laughing and carrying on all while taking pauses and being professional at the same time dialing in the machines. The procedure lasted about 10-15 minutes tops and for me personally, was so much better than any of the other shots or testings I had done. It was closer to a level 3 in pain vs others that reached 9.5! I told him I would happily do another one if it came down to that as that experience overall was very pleasant. I mean its not all comfortable but that is what I did appreciate about them both making it as light and relaxing as possible while filling you in the entire time of what was about to happen, happening and what to do after. I definitely recommend this place if an Epidural Injection is ordered by your Doctor and really appreciate Dr. Gauthier and crew for a lovely experience!

New office address:…read more Dr. Beth M. Winke, MD, 808 Eden Way N #102, Chesapeake, VA 23320 This review is from a visit several months ago. My MIL received a referral from Traci Pennington Pain Management on Providence Rd for an cortizon injection.  So... without completely throwing my husband under the bus I have to disclose that he had the referral info on a sticky note, and lost it. The referring office was supposed to open at 9, so my husband waited in the parking lot to get the info. After about an hour of waiting for them to open he had to leave for work.. The only thing he remembered was the office was on Eden Way. OKAY...so, not me driving from place to place all up and down that road trying to find the right location. I finally was told to call Dr. Winke's office, but when i called I was told my MIL didn't have an appointment with them. I asked more questions and was sternly told she's.. "Not a patient." "Not a new patient." "Not in the system." "Does not have an appointment at the Chesapeake or Suffolk office." I felt as though it had to be them, but then the lady became a bit agitated so I decided to let it go. A little while later my husband calls and confirms it IS in fact Dr. Winke's office per the referring PM office. So, we drove up there. I walk in and told the lady we had called and confirmed the appointment was with them, and gave her the referrel information. Apparently, referrals from that particular doctors office is handled in a different way cause they just use the equipment or something? Don't make me lie! It's something that happens often enough that had the lady I spoke with simply looked in another stack of paperwok it wouldn't have taken so long to figure things out. With that said, she's just one person in the office. Everyone else was really nice and accommodating. Even though we were late for the appointment they still fit her my MIL in so she could have the procedure done.

They take advantage of their older patients and treat them horribly. I was dismissed today without warning for refusing to sign papers which allow them to charge multiple times for the same bill. This office has no problem turning you away and could care less what their patients face coming off their meds if you do not agree to their money schemes. I hope they are caught and go down hard. Find a reputable Dr and one that cares, this one does not. Her receptionist is definitely not to be trusted.
