My friend didn't have all the required paperwork, and we couldn't do the transfer . The turners employee kept talking and asking questions. I was polite, and answered his questions, but finally I said I had to leave. As I left the store the police pulled up and asked to see my id/ permit; I realized the turners employee had tried to have me arrested. I would not recommend this location.
