I was very happy with the attention to detail taken on every phase of construction. MC, the owner, was onsite every single day supervising his crew and subcontractors. He finished the project on time and on budget. He is definitely an expert on coastal area construction of elevated houses and made several prudent recommendations to improve the lot lay, drainage, and final product. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. Quality of construction is clearly superior to most others. I originally picked High Tide because I liked the name but once Taylor came by for the estimate, explained the process and timeline, I knew I was going with High Tide. It's a busy time for roofs so Taylor touched base with me often to check in on when we could expect him and his crew, when they could deliver supplies, etc. If I had any questions, Taylor was just a text away.
