Two Story 2352 square foot home & pool was inspected: I am a 1st time home buyer, and Cody Tyler was very helpful in showing / teaching me the process of what a home/pool inspection is. He was on time, and recommended I be there for the inspection if I had the time which I did. During the inspection he had no issues with me following him around and asking questions. It also helped that he is a certified pool inspector, so I was able to get a complete house/pool inspection in one day (4 to 5 hrs). This saved me 3 days during my optional period. That old show Holmes on Homes doesn't hold a candlestick to how thorough and caring Scott was on our Inspection. He found stuff in the walls the seller was absolutely trying to hide and I cannot speak highly enough about him. That mold could have amd would have been dangerous to my family. Thats not even mentioning the aluminim wiring you found, that had been ducktailed into copper wiring. Without really getting behind the walls it wouldnt have been found; also a huge danger to the family.Thank you Scott!
