Many reputable brokers sell timeshare slots for people desperate to regain some of their ridiculous investments.

By Monday evening, gnats were flying around in every room and there were also ants in the kitchen sink and dead gnats in the refrigerator and freezer. Despite reporting it in person Tuesday morning to Lisa Giacona, with Ocean View Realty, pest control didn't come until Wednesday. Maintenance was only told about the bathroom, not the kitchen--the main issue. The infestation lasted our entire stay, making the kitchen unusable and sleep uncomfortable. Additionally, the unit was not clean on arrival: mildew in the shower, dirty appliances, and musty linens. The condo owner offered only a $250 refund, though we requested $650 (about half our stay), which we feel is more than reasonable given the circumstances. Theresa runs that slide like a well-oiled machine -- she takes safety seriously, keeps the line moving efficiently, and somehow still manages to be incredibly kind and friendly to everyone. Even our kids noticed and commented on how she made the slide fun while still keeping everyone safe and organized. Every day when we came down to the pool area, she was a smiling, positive presence and truly went above and beyond just "doing her job." Employees like Theresa make a huge difference in the guest experience. We come here every year for our annual trip, and we are really hoping she's still here next year. Called the day of to see if we could get a parking pass for the day, the man on the phone was very rude, told us to go to the office at our check in time at 4 pm. Get to the office at 4:15 and the office is closed since it's a holiday. We picked up our info from the drop box, but the code for the keyless entry didn't work. Spent about an hour walking across the street to and from the office and talking on the phone until we could actually enter the unit. It was a frustrating experience to say the least, customer service was subpar without any follow up. Only redeeming quality was the unit, as it was well maintained, clean, and had a beach view balcony. All things we were looking for. The place was cheaper than a lot of other options and the unit was nice, but the management company was a hassle to deal with and marred our experience. I wouldn't stay here again unless it was under new management.
