Additionally, my regular dentist filled the tooth after the root canal here, and the filling had issues. Savannah Endodontic Associates replaced the filling without any additional charges to me, even though they were not responsible for original filling. The lobby has religious items and Christian music plays overhead. They are a dentist that cares for people and their patients more than I have ever experienced. I wished they performed regular dental services.

He agreed. No problem. I showed up for the cleaning and they said they REQUIRED a full bite-wing x-ray... or 'they wouldn't know how' to clean my teeth...! When I again declined the full x-rays, they refused to proceed. At my age, I've had countless cleanings and NEVER have been treated this way. Their way... or the highway.

He ended up slipping and slicing my gums open. He never even apologized but tried to continue to work instead. If it wasn't for his assistant telling him he needed to be more careful I'm not sure what would have happened. At one point I was even feeling pain and he didn't stop the procedure like he said he would. He even tried to continue to work and his assistant had to tell him to re-numb me further!! I am convinced he is a closet sadist and doesn't need to be practicing dentistry. I don't even recommend him if you are desperate (which I was)! He only got one start because zero stars wasn't an option.

5 months ago I went to Dr Simmons at Hinesville Smiles to repair a chipped upper front tooth…read more What should've been a simple procedure turned out to be a disaster that lasted 3-4 hours. His assistant had to guide and suggest what he should do. Even as I sat in the chair with my mouth open, I can feel that he's doing something wrong. In order to make the tooth he was repairing even with the one next to it he proceeded to file that good tooth down to make it even with the other and to my dismay and the dismay of his assistant, he completely messed up both tooth. Now instead of repairing one tooth, he had to repair both tooth and after 4 hours of trying he stopped trying and told me to that when I brush my teeth the roughness will smooth out. Fast forward 5 months later and both tooth have chipped, leaving a "V" shape between both teeth. Now I have to find a cosmetic dentist and pay to fix his botched job. I would not recommend anyone going to Dr Robert Simmons at Hinesville Smiles if you value your smile, mental health and good quality service
