The young dentist, who I assumed is new to the profession, came in and told me I needed all my teeth pulled because my bones were deteriorating from taking Fosamax and Prolia. She needs to work on her people skills. She made me feel like it was my fault. She never offered any other suggestions but gave me an invoice for the cost of pulling all my teeth! I will say that the dental hygienist and x ray tech were efficient and looked like they knew what they were doing. Going to the dentist is always stressful but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I have since found out that I don't need all my teeth removed and I have options to help reinforce my bone. S\tay away from this place!

I called on Tuesday afternoon and they told me to come in at 0830 on Wednesday and they would work me in. I arrived around 0800 and when I walked in they had a sign saying Welcome Jeremy J., I thought to myself that this was a good sign. While registering I noticed that they had a fridge with complimentary juice, water, and Perrier. I filled out my paperwork ad was quickly taken back to see the dentist. The tech Isabel was very friendly and explained everything that she was doing. McSherry Wells was the dentist and he was also really good and explained everything as he went. I really thought that breaking a tooth was a telltale for how my week might go but my experience at the dentist office made the best of a bad situation. It also didn't hurt that on the way out they had homemade cookies at the counter and really encouraged you to take one with you.

When I called to schedule the appointments, Vicki was very pleasant to speak with over the phone and we got scheduled right away! Upon entering, I noticed how clean and relaxing it was. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't wait very long before getting called back; which is a huge bonus when waiting with children. Marisa, the dental hygienist, led the girls to the exam room and right away I noticed how well the girls responded to her. She spoke soothingly and was very engaging-the girls trusted her. Marisa made it fun for them. Dr. Lawrence took his time to examine each child and I love how relatable he is as a parent. To wrap things up, Marisa let each girl pick out a toothbrush, gave them sparkly toothpaste, and a pick of a toy from the toy box. They were thrilled and already looking forward to their next visit.
