My girlfriends could not believe that a dentist would call me back on a Saturday. These ladies googled Dr. Holmes, what a good looking doctor. The office was on my way back home. I was there at 10:45 AM. The office was so welcoming as well as his assistance. She wouldn't let me talk and spoke over me when I tried . My son has bcbs, Metlife and medicaid (because of medical issues) and she said medicaid is primary and they aren't taking anymore medicaid patients. I explained Medicaid is NEVER primary. She said "well thats how WE are doing it."She is unbelievably rude and in the wrong profession if you cannot be polite to people and not knowledgeable about insurances.

The Hygienist was friendly and helped me relax as a stressed out patient who does not like going to the dentist. I felt they made every effort to be thorough and not rush through things while ensuring that every detail was accounted for. I've had dentists that are obviously making stuff up like an untrustworthy auto shop trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I never felt that pressure here. I already have my next appointment set up and will go in with a lot less stress knowing I will be treated with respect for my time and concerns while taking good care of my dental needs.
