My girlfriends could not believe that a dentist would call me back on a Saturday. These ladies googled Dr. Holmes, what a good looking doctor. The office was on my way back home. I was there at 10:45 AM. The office was so welcoming as well as his assistance. My son has bcbs, Metlife and medicaid (because of medical issues) and she said medicaid is primary and they aren't taking anymore medicaid patients. I explained Medicaid is NEVER primary. She said "well thats how WE are doing it."She is unbelievably rude and in the wrong profession if you cannot be polite to people and not knowledgeable about insurances.

The Hygienist was friendly and helped me relax as a stressed out patient who does not like going to the dentist. I felt they made every effort to be thorough and not rush through things while ensuring that every detail was accounted for. I've had dentists that are obviously making stuff up like an untrustworthy auto shop trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I never felt that pressure here. I already have my next appointment set up and will go in with a lot less stress knowing I will be treated with respect for my time and concerns while taking good care of my dental needs.

The young dentist, who I assumed is new to the profession, came in and told me I needed all my teeth pulled because my bones were deteriorating from taking Fosamax and Prolia. She needs to work on her people skills. She made me feel like it was my fault. She never offered any other suggestions but gave me an invoice for the cost of pulling all my teeth! I will say that the dental hygienist and x ray tech were efficient and looked like they knew what they were doing. Going to the dentist is always stressful but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had.
