A neighbor complained and for this, his rent was raised by a hundred a month. Since he had a month-by-month rent instead of a year lease, there was nothing he could do. They have also posted notes of a "rental inspection" on a set date, then never arrived despite several apartment complex residents taking time off from work to be present. I would not recommend.
