Nobody called me back the first day. Then someone called only one time the next day while I was on the phone with someone else and I couldn't answer it. So, I called them back a couple days later and left a detailed message for J. Gregory explaining my situation, asking him to please call me, but nobody bothered to call me back. It is frustrating being brushed off on a voice mail system each time I call, waiting in hope that they might call back whenever, and then they call once but give up because I missed their one call. I hate playing the beggar's part to do business with them. To no avail, I called J. Gregory Home Inspections: Once on October 24th Twice on October 26th Once on October 28th This is no way to run a business haphazardly. He still hasn't communicated with me regarding my concerns. If he called and couldn't reach me, why didn't he try again? Was that too much to ask? Why didn't he leave me a message on my voice mail? I don't accept his lame excuses, trying to blame me for his lack of diligence. Nor do I appreciate having to play a cat and mouse game to reach him to do business. The way that you treat people matters. Don't bother wasting your time with this company because evidently they are too damn busy to answer their phone and sincerely try to communicate with their customers.

I was present for the initial home inspection on a property I am buying, and the inspector took the time to teach me a lot about the house that I wouldn't have known otherwise, along with identifying the issues that seemed of greatest concern. I imagine that the buyer isn't usually there when he's doing his inspections, so it was gracious of him to spend his time talking with me. Also, I later needed a roof certification form for my insurance company, and they are able to complete that form without making an additional visit to the property, which would incur another charge. That's good business! I'm extremely glad I chose Pro 1 Home Inspection to do my home inspection. I would work with them again, and I highly recommend them for anyone's home inspection needs.

So the Carpet in the 2nd bedroom was SOAKED due to a drainage pipe from the AC being clogged and the drain pipe was literally pointing upwards and not down so the AC unit was not able to drain properly. None of the outlets in the garage even work and that was failed to even be mentioned, so they obviously were not very thorough in their checking of outlets. He said he did but left 2 deadbolts unlocked and a slider slightly open not locked . The home alarm set however at 5:00am went off and police were dispatched to my home and went inside to check.
