Ordered a pair of "Roar & Explore Kapri Italian pants and upon receipt realized that I did not like the texture of the material. What kind of store offers "store credit" ONLY! Evidently one that once they get your money realize that you may never shop with them again (my case) so they keep all they can from you! Return policy does state "store credit" only so my fault for thinking this was a store I would want to do continued business with read more

This boutique is a disgrace ..I was laughed at on a live with Stephanie the owner when all I did was ask a question about an order that I have been waiting to receive for 2 weeks. When I said well that was rude she decided to block me ..do yourself a favor and shop with ByAlexaRae Boutique and you can thank me later read more

Customer service non responsive. Charging $5.99 "Free and Easy Return Fee" (is it free if it is $5.99) for whatever reason. On the reciept it clearly states that the item purchased does not qualify for the "Free adn Easy" return. When I asked customer service to explain what is it, why it is called "Free and Easy" if it is not free and why it was automatically added to my order eventhough the reciept clearly states the item is not eligible for this...whatever it is they have gone ghost. No response, No answer, No refund of the fee. I didn't even get the item yet and I am tempted to return it just because it feels like i'm being scammed. I wonder how many $5.99 fees have been charged and just not even noticed by others. Not to mention, I paid an additinal fee for shipping. read more

If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered a woven summer handbag. It came well packaged for delivery and enclosed in a clear, rear entry, resealable bag. No harsh tearing or scissors required. The bag had a defect on the front at the top. Two pieces of straw, one straight, one a loop were not woven together causing a open gap. The straight piece was shorter than it should have been, and I don't know how there was enough of it to ever have been effectively woven properly so it would hold. With the pristine packaging and easy opening bag, there was no way this weave came apart unless it happened prior to the shipping. It was a defective bag that should have never left the store and in no way could not have been seen by whoever handled it. Several emails and no satisfactory resolution. My last email today said for the second time, it was a 'final sale' and they were sorry for my inconvenience. Final sale does not mean it's acceptable to refused a refund on defective merchandise bought online in good faith from a picture of a bag with no defects. It is a despicable way to run a business and in my opinion fraudulent. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and if they don't refund me I will be contacting the Attorney General's office. Not about the money anymore. It's about shoddy, business practices that should be held accountable. I'm certain they have other customers they have abused. Stay away from this place!!!!! read more

Items have gotten cheap over past year - can tell Chinese made on most. I see the same items CB sells pop up on Amazon priced much cheaper lately. Their return policy - only 7 days to return; need a RAN number; and you'll only get store credit. Recently, I finally got around to wearing a black denim skirt bought there - tags were still on it. It left black dye on everything - instantly - my fingernails, my stomach, the white tank underneath. Then, when washed it, it disintegrated in the washer - INSANE, right? I emailed photos, and CB just offered me a 15% coupon for a $48 skirt! I was a very loyal and frequent customer. This was not the first defective item I've gotten from Coastal Bloom. I have a pair of Risen jeans from here (allegedly "Risen" brand) - they fade more each time I wash them and the blue bleeds on other items in the washer, even after 5 wears. They do not stand behind what they sell; take care of their loyalest of customers; and get really cranky when you ask to return. Oh and customer service takes days to respond, if they respond.. P.S. - The jewelry is total junk - BUYER BEWARE. A $50 necklace looks so fake it's laughable, and you cannot return any jewelry or shoes AT ALL. read more

Cute boutique with women's clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, candles, dishes, room sprays, etc. The owner was friendly. Good prices and variety of items. If I lived here, I would buy more. Lots of parking. Attractive window displays. read more

This is a wonderful boutique that sells unique and reasonably priced clothing. I have made numerous purchases and have been satisfied with their customer service. The Italian line offers comfort and stylish pants and tops because of the stretch in the fabric. You can ask questions during the live, which is very helpful, and purchasing from the App makes it easier to buy. read more

The clothes used to be better quality and much cuter. Now I feel that all the clothes are geared to age 60+. Quality has gone down hill and prices are up but I guess that is a sign of the times. read more

CB is the ultimate in boutique shopping. The store is wonderful & was the first time I experienced the CB style. Then I found the app & the lives are so awesome, not just seeing the beautiful clothes but reasonable prices & a whole CB community of fashion lovers. We are able to ask questions during live presentations & CB offers on-point styling suggestions. Love this place & these people. And you won't find unique pieces like these at a mall. I love CB & the girls who make it all possible. A super small business! Ty. read more

Fantastic unique clothes for great prices. Love the Italian clothing line. Love the love shopping to see the clothes in real life.

Customer service is hard to get a hold of you have to message or e mail and then hope they will get a hold of you hours or days later they have no phone # to call in - I had the apt. and during the live presentation I told the owner steph that she needs better customer service she then blocked me very rude! and now i cannot access my store credits. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. you cannot get a refund you have to fill out a form then send the item back and get store credit! if you go on the waitlist for an item during the live fashion presentation you have to enter your credit card and you will never get the item. read more

Absolute scam!! I didn't mean to order a sweater. I was looking at it on Instagram and all of a sudden I got an email confirmation. I immediately reported that it was an accidental purchase and they sent it anyway. I returned it the day after I got in the mail with the packing slip. They sent me an email saying I am not getting refunded. There isn't a phone number to call. I have emailed several times and the response says they'll get back to me in two days. Reporting this business to BBB. read more

Just received my items.. sequined top (black) sheds small black specks everywhere!!! Sizing on other tops not consistent. Tried to return the day I got it as their return policy is bs. Have 5 days to return postmarked in 7. And you have to have the return authorization code or you can't return it.. and I think you only get a gift card.. all of that is bs.. but the email returns@costalbloom.com doesn't work email won't send.. and no phone number.. so you're pretty much outta luck.. I'm in my timefoso I will call and dispute with my credit card. Horrible Company. Reporting to BBB read more

This boutique is very difficult to buy from. I have tried 3 separate times to order something only to be put on a waitlist that never delivers. They suggest getting g the app, I did. They suggested preauthorizing an item, I did. When I asked if i could order something g before it went "live" the day before the drop said i could t because it wasn't in the system yet. i "preauthorized" 3 different items. Was told they would be restocked...that's how they get your credit card info...only it's never restocked. One of the items i preauthorized was never restocked but they reordered the same item in a different color instead of reordering what a customer has already preauthorized. It's really a xo fusion g and unfair way to sell items in my opinion. They cater to people who obviously do not work because the live drops are always at 11:00am...occasionally and I do mean occasionally at a different time on Sundays. Once I tried to order something and because their system had a "glitch" my order wasn't accepted...so I missed out on an item I waited...during my lunch hour...to buy!!! It's insane. Never never never will I do business with this company. And their is t a phone number to co tact them...only text or email. Hope everyone has a better experience than I did! read more
