With the Corona Virus I figured I'd just have to wait a month or so to get attention, but I thought, I'd better call and make arrangements for when the Shelter in Place was lifted. I called and to my surprise Richard answered my call. He said he and others were coming into the office every couple of days, to help customers, even though we were dealing with the Corona Virus. Richard and Leslie told me to bring the hearing aid to their office, put the hearing aid in a container outside their office door and Richard would inspect the aid. After the inspection Richard said the aid would be sent to the manufacturer and then shipped back to me. The bottom line; they went beyond the call of duty to help me, the customer.
