In November 2011 I purchased a replacement hearing air from Audio Advantage for one that I had lost. The pre-purchase examination was efficient and the recommended replacement worked well. Two years later, I decided it was time to see if there was a newer and better hearing aid available at a reasonable price. I shopped around Salisbury for an upgrade. To my surprise there were several hearing aid facilities where the examination was hap hazard and the personnel either not experienced and/or not knowledgeable. In the end, I went back to Audio Advantage to purchase my replacement. Their price was the lowest in the area, the unit was warranted for three years, and several follow up examinations for adjustments were free.
