Phil is amazing! I called him about 4PM, sent off a couple of pictures of the junk we had including garden crap. He sent me a quote which we extremely reasonable. Schedule the pick up for the next morning between 8-10. He said he would call or text at 8:30 to give a better time estimate. At 7:30 on the nose I got a text with the exact time! Responded virtually instantaneously to the request for a quote with the lowest price (based on a picture that I had sent). The caveat is that when they got there, they realized that it would be more than the original estimate, but were willing to match the next lowest quote that I was offered, which seemed fair (and still pretty inexpensive, compared to some of the others). The crew was crazy quick and very professional, had everything loaded into the truck within 30 minutes. There ended up being more volume of junk than they had expected, but they stuck with their original quote (which was cheaper than the other estimates I received from competitors), which was awesome! Then he texted me saying he'd be over the next afternoon. Also he said he would be able to give a military discount and that he loved our military.
