Any bad reviews this ever had before should be taken away because the people who operate this now are AWESOME!! Shout out to Katherine the hygienist for being dope. Quality care and I felt at ease at all times.

New to Texas, I spent hours researching who would likely be our best bet for our family's dental…read morecare, and because there were more reviews, which painted the best picture, I chose Fusion. Today's appointment was for a broken molar--broke it on Wednesday, called to get a new patient appointment for Monday (today). Time spent here was about 2.5 hours to remove the old filling and cavity and give me a temporary crown. The cost for (porcelain crown) everything was quite a bit more than I was expecting; we'll see how it lasts. The entire atmosphere here resembled that of a very happy home. Everyone was fun-loving, friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks goes out to Dr. Miller, Jonyae, Jayleen, Carol, and Paige! I am grateful for your part in making this a great experience for me today!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Fusion Dental. It took months to get an initial…read moreappointment, which consisted only of X-rays. Then I had to wait another three months to get scheduled for a cleaning. After all that waiting, I showed up for my appointment only to be told they couldn't clean my teeth because I needed a deep cleaning, which would require more time, cost more money, and couldn't be scheduled for quite a while longer. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that I recently had a baby and am currently breastfeeding and pumping. I had to carefully plan my pumping schedule and arrange childcare just to make it to this appointment. After waiting months and making all those arrangements, I left without receiving the service I had scheduled. As a military spouse, finding good, reliable places when you move to a new area can be incredibly difficult. I genuinely thought I had finally found a good dental office close to my house, which makes this experience even more disappointing. On top of that, I struggle with anxiety when it comes to dental appointments. It takes a tremendous amount of effort for me to work up the courage to attend these appointments in the first place. After overcoming that anxiety, arranging childcare, planning around pumping, and waiting months for an appointment, being turned away without receiving the cleaning I expected was incredibly frustrating. I understand that a deep cleaning may be necessary, and I understand that it may require additional time and cost more money. However, I feel this should have been communicated and addressed sooner so I could have planned accordingly rather than going through all the stress and inconvenience of attending an appointment that couldn't be completed. Patients have busy lives, and new mothers and military families often face additional challenges when it comes to scheduling appointments and finding dependable providers. Clear communication and consideration for patients' time are so important, especially when someone already experiences anxiety about dental care. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling discouraged and disappointed. I wanted to find a trustworthy dental office close to home, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere. I expected better communication, organization, and consideration for my time. One star.

One of the best pediatric dentists in killeen! I will never take my children anywhere else. After…read moremy son's filling fell out he was in pain and his tooth/gum was bleeding. I called Dr. Brandt's office at 8AM this morning and they had him in the exam room by 9:45am. After they examined him, they promptly came up with a treatment plan, and managed to work him in by 11:15. We were able to get everything done on the same day, as a walk-in! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful, they answered all of my questions, and even called this afternoon to check on him and make sure he was doing alright. Aside from the wonderful staff, the atmosphere is amazing and 100% child friendly. They really helped to make what was sure to be a disastrous day not so bad.

I brought my daughter here for a checkup and they told me she had 2 cavities. They needed to do a…read morecrown on one and would like to do a crown on the other but it wasn't necessary. I decided if we didn't need a crown, we will just get a filling. I brought her in for her appointment to do the crown and filling and they did back x-rays while she was under anesthesia because she wouldn't allow them to do them before. She had an additional 4 cavities between her teeth that the x-rays revealed. They were small cavities easily fixable with fillings but they highly recommended crowns because of the amount of cavities she had and she is prone to them. I went ahead and agreed to that against my better judgement and not having but 2 minutes to think about it. Now she has 5 capped teeth that are all silver and her gums are really red and bleeding in those areas. I regret agreeing to the crowns. I know this was my choice but everything I've read about this suggests doing crowns on teeth that are not fixable with a filling or are broken or decayed. Her teeth are not like that all. I'm so upset and disappointed in this children's dentist office that she has this much metal in her mouth and they put it in her when it wasn't necessary to do so. Parents, do your research before making any decision like this that your child will have to live with for a good part of their life!!! I wish I had!! To top it off, we left her iPad there on accident because I was so stressed and no one turned it in so someone must of stolen it. How sad!!

This review is for the periodontal side of this location, and that side only. I've given this place…read morea 5 star rating for several reasons, but most important reason is their customer service. Going into the dentist is an anxiety filled ordeal. This week I have gone to 4 different dentist offices, like a chicken with its head cut off. Just trying to navigate my way to the correct services and the services/places that are in network with my insurance. Getting to Ace dental, I walk up to the desk and right off the bat, the 2 receptionists made me feel extremely welcomed, and calmed my nerves. Unlike the other offices I have visited earlier. The other receptionists at the other offices just acted as if they didn't want to be bothered, but these 2 at Ace dental went above and beyond trying to get me seen, and get all my paperwork in order. Not only did they make me feel welcomed, but even the doctor herself, which I was surprised bc like I said, I've been to several other offices this week and the customer service was poor. That includes their doctors. Several doctors kept recommending a root canal. I combated with them on the subject, bc I didn't want to waste all that money and it end up failing. They all convinced me to get a root canal. I talked it over with the doctor here, and she kept it 100 with me. She told me bc the condition of my tooth, it'd probably make it a little past 5 years, then I would've been out a couple thousand dollars. Bc she gave me her honest opinion instead of trying to play me out of my money, I decided to get the extractions and possibly get an implant or bridge later. The extractions and deep cleaning didn't take long, at all. Anyway, they are great and I'm extremely grateful to have found a "home" dentistry. From the beginning to the end of the whole process was smooth, easy and I would say painless but I had a molar, my wisdom tooth removed, and some deep cleaning, so there was a little pain but not too much lol. To the group of ladies running that place (periodontics side) thank you for being such wonderful, patient and caring people. It really makes a difference when the customer service is 100, and even better when the actual services are 100. Thank you and God bless y'all!

The dentist herself seems to know her stuff but is always rushed because she triple books patients then runs from one to the other while leaving you waiting for half an hour or longer. I've never gotten out in less than 3 hours no matter what the procedure was and most of the time was spent staring at the ugliest neon green walls ever while Sponge Bob plays on TV and I wait for someone to bother attending to me. The techs have no idea what they are doing so you end up waiting for the dentist to come back, rush through it and then back to her next assembly line patient. I won't be back. They treat you like a product on an assembly line and are brutal in their cleanings while dragging it out half a day. Horrible experience.
