A very busy, but friendly bartender informed me that they didn't have waitress service, but customers could simply order at the bar and then be notified with a convenient little remote buzzer that their food was ready. We both ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger, which had nice sautéed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese on it along with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. We took a walk on the wild side and ordered tater tots along with our burgers and they were very tasty with a little ketchup drizzled on them. Yes, we normally opt for slightly healthier sides with our meals, but the tater tots sounded and tasted really good! We both devoured our meals and finished every bite and truth be told, did not eat another thing again that day because we were so full. One thing I liked about the is that the restaurant has these nice little, square stainless steel mesh, condiment caddies with everything you need in it that you can take right to your table. Another great feature about this establishment as that they routinely have live music performances every week from May through September and have a tall, covered, wooden pavilion for the bands to perform under with ample seating, tables, and bar service available. Our bill came to just $30 plus tip and we thought that was very reasonable, considering the friendly atmosphere, good food, and quality service. There were quite a few people there, but there was still room to sit in the spacious outdoor deck/stage area. There's also an outside bar area to grab a drink, instead of having to run inside to the regular bar. Food was available, but we did not try anything. The indoor vathrooms were pretty small, but served the purpose. The music was very good, the sound was loud enough, without blaring out of the speakers. There's a roof over the outside deck, but it's in different sections, so the sun does shine though in areas, making it a little hot when it's hitting you. Our only complaint would be the amount of people that were smoking. There is no way to get away from the cigarette smoke wafting in your face. Other than that, it seems like a great venue to enjoy some live music, a drink and a bite to eat. We definitely plan on going back.

The beers we ordered were outstanding; the summer ale was one of the finest and smoothest I've had. I mixed it with the blackberry sour, which was fruity and tart. Our kids had a great time playing games while we lounged and socialized on the couches. There was a food truck, and the menu at the brewery looked great, too, but we'll have to check that out next time. Can't wait to stop in again on our next visit.

The brewery offers an *exceptional* view of Cayuga Lake, no matter where you are. There is plenty of seating between in the (open air with ceiling fans) building, the covered porch, and in the garden area. There are bocce ball and cornhole areas, as well as two skeeball machines (these were out of order during our visit, but hopefully they'll get them up and running soon!). The beverage menu is extensive, offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options including kombucha, soda, wine, and a local whiskey. The aesthetics are clean, welcoming, and laid back in the best way. This is a place I could easily spend hours with a group, and everyone would be happy. During our visit, there was a family here with a few pre-teen kids, and it didn't feel inappropriate or uncomfortable, so it seems like a good family friendlier brewery. Food offerings are limited, a few pizza choices and a soft pretzel. We tried the soft pretzel and were very happy with it, and the mustard it was served with was delicious! We didn't try a pizza, but they looked very good! We visit this area several times a summer for visits to Taughannock, and this is absolutely going on our list of places we will be stopping at during those day trips!

The architecture and detailed woodworking throughout the space are gorgeous, and the expansive grounds make it an incredible location to host a party, event, or large gathering. We especially loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the water feature and fountain--such a serene backdrop. We visited with our 1-year-old for a beer tasting and some snacks in the main dining room, and I was surprised to see they had high-chair seats specifically designed for high-top bar tables! It's those thoughtful, family-friendly touches that make a huge difference when you're going out. As for the beers, they are fresh, seasonal, and delicious. If you're a fan of seasonal craft beers, I recommend trying their featured pumpkin brew--it comes with a cinnamon sugar rim and is phenomenal! Since we've been out all day we were really hungry so we decided to eat something before we performed. At the moment there couldn't have been more than eight people in the whole place inside and out on the deck total. We were handed menus that had no prices on them. I ordered the buddah bowl with chicken strips and my husband got a quesadilla with steak. It took about 40 minutes for the food to come and the boot bowl was mostly a big bowl of greens with what couldn't have been more than a tablespoon of chicken chopped up on it. It was very tasty. My husband's quesadilla was the size you would expect loaded with cheese but literally one little tiny cube of steak in each of the six wedges. His quesadilla was tasty We only ordered water to drink because we were going to be singing later and it took about 15 minutes for the water to get to us. She "forgot". The whole time we were there nobody checked on us and place never got very busy no more than maybe eight people the whole time. We decided not to stay to sing because there was practically nobody there and the people who were there were outside on the deck while the place for the performers was inside in the bar. And as far as we knew we were the only people there who were planning to perform. The Buddha bowl which would've made a nice side salad to any other meal was $14, while the quesadilla was $13. In my opinion overpriced for what we got. We also bussed our own table.
