Review #492 Saturday…read more- 8/31/2024 WOW... What A Sweet & Welcoming Winery off Honey Hole Rd and 309 in Drums, PA. I was impressed when us 4 ladies stopped in here on Sunday August 11, 2024 while visiting My Cousins in Mountain Top for two birthday parties. This local and favorite winery is both beautiful on the outside upon entering with tasting at high top tables and chairs plus inside where the sipping and snack areas are if looking for coolness while enjoying the Wine Sipping Vibes. There's outdoor seating to keep a customer dry from rain or sunshine. The staff is very pleasant and helpful when looking for a favorite bottle or tasting a sample before making a purchase. I couldn't believe the organization which I always look for when walking in a place of business especially wine and other items from local vendors. My Photos tell all of this winery business, offering such a great variety of favorites, specialty and seasonal bottles for a person palate tastes. Attached are photos in pages from their brochure with flavors of wine categories from different states, Meads. Email: HoneyHoleWinery@aol.com Follow on Facebook, Instagram I was not able to taste a bakery item, handmade wrap or sandwich but the menus were tempting to look forward to on My next trip back here in 2025. I did shop for a bottle of Princess Pink Moscato for $13.99 and Italian Wine called Day Go Red for $14.99 that My Cousin recommended. At the check out counter I was pulled in to buy a "Cannoli Candy Bar" $1.99 that was so creamy delicious with pieces of crunch throughout My taste test with sweet enjoyment. Instead of a piece here and there I ate it ALL! :-) I also bought a Raspberry Tea Slushy for $5.66 which was one of 10 flavors To Enjoy Sipping outside before leaving back to Cousins house I call their B & B. I recommend this business when passing through or visiting! They support and offer local Food Trucks according to the Calendar posted on their entrance door that I posted a photo of. Enjoy ALL My Photos Posted Too! Honey Hole Winery and Staff is a very welcoming place to visit with Hours: Tuesday - Friday 11 AM - 7PM Saturday & Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM Closed Monday Phone: (570) 262-9808 Check them out on Facebook, Weeblyte, Instagram & Yelp of course. Buy A Gift Card for all occasions too. What a great experience and suggestion from My family in Mountain Top that support this winery business in Drums. A Sweet Charming Establishment nestled in town known for a variety of handcrafted wines which started back in July of 2017 by Pete & Kathi. Cheers & Another Drum Roll again in my sign off ! Sincerely, Karen N. - SpecialK Macomb, MI. :-)

It feels like you're visiting the home of an old friend. We particularly enjoy the dry red wines and the sweet wines that Ridgewood offers. For the reds, the Merlot and Cab Franc were noteworthy for their balance and nice finishes. The Merlot was silky, oaky and smooth approach. The Cab Franc is a bit spicier, bolder and robust - wine to pair with a nice, hearty meat dish. On the sweet side of things, the Diamond is a subtle, light choice for those who are prone to be turned-off by heavier, acidic reds. The Peach Splendor is a pleasant surprise with a fresh, light, fruit-forward feel. Pair this with some chocolate squares if you're enjoying it after a meal. The Olde Orchard has a great "fall season" feel, complete with elements of apple pie, a hint of tartness and a blend of sweet. Finally, the Underground is a rising star that everyone seems to be discovering lately. It's a Merlot family member that gains a unique, but delicious flavor thanks to be un-oaked. Elements of blackberry and rose petals, with a semi-sweet finish and a nice, fuller body. This one has a little bit of everything and is probably the most intriguing option on the menu. Very clean. Very smooth. Be sure to give it a shot.
