I was gracious, patient and understanding for about 15 days. Apparently all this does is to encourage them to disregard you as a customer. Finally got my boots back on April 27th, after getting angry, 18 days and 40 dollars later. I wish I could post a picture of the awful job they did. My boots are ruined. They were just supposed to fix a small hole in the lining and now there are two big ugly brown leather patches on the entire length of the inner back. My boots are black.
