Jen pinned my hem so delicately and made sure I was happy with the length. Sounds unimportant except when the pants are expensive and for a weekend conference. Their pricing was reasonable. Family owned and operated you can tell how dedicated they are to their customers. As I was finishing up, another return customer was there laughing and joking with them. I love that atmosphere. I will definitely be returning! If they weren't good, I doubt they'd have the stack of prom/wedding dresses as this season quickly approaches. Highly recommend - located in Sherwood Forest Mall

They were suppose to call me and provide me a quata but wait they finished the work and told me $20 then after talking to them on the phone they lowered it to $15 because of their mistake. Now when I went to pick up they were charging me for tax which it was suppose to be 15$ with tax and everything. It just showes off what kind of business they're running. Also when i went home I found out they ruined what i sent they did it the opposite what I told them. You decide for yourself. This was my experience with them

I thought since they claim to specialize in formal wear it would be quality service, how wrong I was. Not only did I have to pay up front, but when we returned for the dress NINE days later as arranged it was only hemmed in the back and the front was completely untouched! When we advised the prom was now only two days away we asked if it could be fixed the next day, we were told that they didn't know and to call after 10 am. No apology, nothing. This caused much stress as it was not leave us much time. When I called the next morning I was told it would be done by the end of the day, again not even an apology. When we went to pickup the dress we were ignored a good 5-10 min before anyone came to the counter, she handed the dress over and just turned and walked away. When my daughter tried it on again it was hemmed at the front but not even and still touching the floor which was not the length it was pinned at. They want payment upfront and rip you off, take your business elsewhere because there's no refund!!!!
