She uses crystals and stones to do an intuitive reading based on your energy to provide insight into areas of your life that you can focus on and how to move forward. It felt like a combination of a spiritual reading and a therapy session. She is very insightful about things in a way that a good therapist would be; it honestly felt therapeutic and she hit on very accurate themes in my life. It was a somewhat emotional experience for me in that it made a lot of sense and made me think about some things that I can work toward improving and moving in directions that will make me happier. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back for another reading.

I went in to treat a sinus headache that I had for weeks which Danielle focused on and after treated was almost immediately gone. She also focused on my allergies which have been really bad all winter long and as of right now things are much better. I was a bit skeptical being that it was my first time but I can officially say that I'm sold and have already booked my second appointment. It was so frustrating and demoralizing and I knew I had to address the subconscious issues if I was going to be permanently smoke-free. Thomas and I had 6 sessions leading up to my quit date covering a bunch of different issues and utilizing several healing modalities. I felt totally ready and calm when the time came to quit smoking. Seriously, it was amazing how easy it was to give them up. Most importantly, I recently had exactly the kind of stressful situations that any other time would have had me running out to buy smokes again and this time I wasn't even tempted. Major breakthrough!!! I'm so incredibly grateful to Thomas for his skills and wisdom and I 100% recommend him.

Immediately after a session I'm in a much calmer state and this is with me entering in at a high level of panic & despair. Later into the evening I notice more improvement and by the following day my mental and spiritual state resumes to an even higher level of functioning than my normal. At first I wasn't sure if hypnosis would work especially when instructed to visualize because imagery is not a strong point of mine but each time I've been pleasantly impressed at how I enter a deep state of relaxation so much so that my head falls and a couple times I woke myself up snoring. I've also had a handful of sessions with Halen the hands on energy healer at Inner Soundness and strongly recommend her services as well. These two ladies I'll forever be grateful for, they were able to rapidly pull me out of some really dark times and I appreciate how they've been able to fit me in for short notice appointments. Although I now live overseas, I'm relieved to know I can still utilize their services via virtual appointment. Melove and Halen are the real deal! If you're looking for rapid relief therapy or a means for self improvement I highly recommend booking a consult at Inner Soundness **MANY** thanks for all yalls help!!
