They had one and they got rid of it to put more equipment upstairs which people hardly even use. Ryan is a great boxing coach and even without a ring he makes the boxing experience worth it but boxing with no boxing ring is definitely a bummer specially when it comes to sparring. I feel like it was a huge mistake to put equipment that people hardly use and taking off the ring which is what people look forward in boxing and the experience of hitting mitts, drills and sparring with coach Ryan. I really hope they bring back the gym because I've seen the other self made gym and they all have a ring.

I have trained with Marissa for about 4 years now. Started with her 5am bootcamp class. The class…read morehad about 3-6 participants yet I always felt as if I was in a solo training session. Marissa takes the time to ensure that form is correct, by explaining what muscle groups you're utilizing and answering any questions you may have. After a year of group sessions with Marissa I decided to add personal training. This is where the real magic happened! Personal training sessions are SO worth the investment in yourself. During these one on one sessions I truly began to love lifting. Marissa takes the time to educate and create fun with fitness. Not only was my body changing but my mentality was evolving to match my healthy lifestyle. Not only did I lose 80 lbs with Marissa, I've kept it off for 3 years. I quit smoking AND gained a whole new love for my body. Now I know I did this because I wanted a change, but I truly believe I would not have been as successful without the knowledge, support and care provided by Marissa. Worried about stepping foot in a gym? Don't worry, Marissa will make you feel right at home. My mother, at 62 years old has discovered a love for fitness, thanks to Marissa! My mum started with stretching sessions, or "lazy man's yoga" as we call it. Stretching sessions started as self care and to help circulation. Over time, Marissa encouraged my mum to add different exercises into this stretch session. Now my mum trains 2x a week with Marissa. Before this, my mum wouldn't get onto the floor, would always hold onto something going down a step and overall not too active outside of work. Now, she doesn't second guess the stairs or worries about picking something off the floor. Functional fitness is such a beautiful thing! We are forever grateful to Marissa's expertise and spirit. Looking to make moves towards your goals? Do yourself a favor and contact Marissa.

Her up beat personality can definitely change your day in a positive way. Her workouts are forever changing, forever challenging and you will always leave feeling accomplished. I have lost 75lbs so far, thanks to Marissa's help. I've been at this exact weight 10years ago, but I don't remember feeling this fit, strong and this confident about myself. In fact, though I was the same weight before, I've never been this small, this toned nor this tight. I recommend Marissa to anyone who is fed up with where they are now and are ready to change their life. She will kick your butt (in a good way).

His first-step quickness has noticeably improved, allowing him to react faster off the bat, get better jumps on the bases, and cover more ground in the field. His base running has become much more explosive and confident. He's getting better reads, accelerating faster, and making smarter, more aggressive plays. Defensively, his improved footwork and agility have translated into better range, quicker reactions, and more confidence when fielding the ball. Overall, we've seen a huge improvement in his athleticism, coordination, and performance during games. If you're looking for a coach who knows how to develop athletes, build confidence, and help them perform at a higher level, I highly recommend Mario. The results speak for themselves, and we're so grateful for the positive impact he's had on our son's development both on and off the field.

I've had the honor of attending one of her sound bath sessions, and it was truly incredible. She doesn't just use instruments. She uses her voice as a tool, as a guide, and as healing medicine to lead you through a powerful journey inward. Her sound baths are heartfelt, intentional, and deeply moving. I absolutely recommend them 1000000%%%!!!! But Alyss isn't just a powerful healer. She's also an amazing personal trainer. I had the honor of attending one of her monthly group training events, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. From the moment you arrive, she meets you with warmth, joy, and presence. She often invites vendors, offers thoughtful gifts as a thank you, and creates a welcoming experience that feels both empowering and community-centered. I know it's not about the gifts, but it's still such a beautiful feeling to be seen, appreciated, and celebrated. What I love most is how attentive she is. You might think, "It's a group event with 20 other women, she probably won't have time for me," but somehow she manages to make everyone feel supported. Her presence, her knowledge, and her passion are unmatched. I've worked with other personal trainers in the past, and I can honestly say that she gave me one of the best sessions I've ever had. I only wish I lived closer so I could keep booking with her for different offerings. If you're feeling called to work with her, whether it's for healing or training, do it. You will not be disappointed. She truly does it all, and she's incredible at everything she offers. Highly recommend her, every time.

I feel like this is a decent medium sized gym in comparison to the ginormous ones out there, but despite that, it gets super busy here. I'm always dodging the slowest gym walkers when I'm trying to park in this lot to get to Tokyo Central. So, with that in mind, the parking lot does get super packed and busy depending on the time. On our visit, the gym was quite busy, even when it was on a weekday not after work rush hour time. So there was a bit of a wait for some of the machines and it's literally a waiting game (some people left their flask or other items next to a machine) or a spawn camping sort of deal. There's a rule of wiping machines down etc, and it's an honor system, but it looked like people were following this rule. Machines and equipment looked in decent and good condition when we went. Workers there were friendly and welcoming. Not my cup of tea, but if you need a gym, this place works. Just know that it DOES get quite busy and fisted.
