This store is out in Great Lakes Mall off of I75. Because 696 is closed, bring your patience for the roadtrip. Once at the mall, it was pretty crowded. I went straight to the store and I wanted to do an exchange. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the door. Their selection is vast, so stay focused on your budget. I recently purchased a Lana shoulder bag to finally replace my wife's current boutique exclusive Coach. It's been over 10yrs since I bought her that beautiful Coach bag at Sommerset Mall and was treated so kindly by the staff there. I've tried giving her other handbags as gifts, but every other bag since then was not as perfect as her Coach. So this year, with my shopping for my wife all done, I stumbled onto the Lana shoulder bag and could not believe it. The Lana was everything that my Wife loves and I finally found it for her, in 1 perfect shoulder bag. I worried it was too expensive but this was IT, so I hurried up and selected overnight delivery (around noon on a Wednesday). I could not believe my luck, after 10 years I had finally found the perfect replacement and my Wife was gonna love it (even if our bank account didn't). Late Thursday, I had not seen any movement on my overnight transaction and called Coach. To be short, I called Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday speaking to a manager every day. All 5 days, these manager all told me "their shipping warehouse did not have a telephone to call", so they could call someone to help find this overnight delivery. All 5 manages, each day, assured me they were sending an emergency alert email to a special team at the warehouse and they would help me by getting the email and responding to it. (Because they do NOT have a phone). I reminded them that waiting on an emergency team to investigate my package wasn't helping my overnight missing package dilemma. All 5 managers again assured me THE SHIPPING WAREHOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE. During this 5 day work week I spent working for Coach, I was also barraged with email and texts from Coach and how their shipping window was still open. Well now it's late Monday, approximately 5 days after I placed the 24hr overnight order and my Wife does NOT have the perfect replacement purse. Allegedly fed ex has it. The point is, 120 hours later, not 1 person from Coach could pick up a phone and call someone in shipping for me. I purchased the same bag within that time frame just to show items shipped from the same warehouse, afterwards and quicker, proving they simply lost it for a few days in their warehouse, and myself, nor my wife's happiness was worth the cost of a phone call. This location was okay. It was a bit small compared to Birch Run. While the individuals working here were nice, they were less knowledgeable and helpful than the Birch Run location which was very eager to put me on a list for Disney products and eager to contact me when certain products were in. They also did not have a date range like the other location. They had sales, but the set up was more confusing than the other location. While they were both the same price, it was not obvious that their sale prices included an extra 15% off. I would come here but I think I would prefer the larger location. read more

I been here before,, I said it before,, I never let the ladies hypnotize me no more... That's because this shop now has a very good selection of man items. Wallets, belts, shoes, duffles, backpacks, etc. I always come to see what new inventories they have at this shop. This year they finally carried the upright ID holder. Plus this shop usually had deals on top of deals on top of deals. I happen to walk in on an extra 50% off on top current sales deal. So I did get my item for only $15. You can't beat that with a stick. Not on a prominent make like this one. Anyways, it's always a pleasure to come here to this Coach shop. Specially that it's housed within a temperature controlled environment unlike all the other outlet shops. You don't have to brave the elements just to get your shop on. Very upset the managers are not honest. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get here after calling and talking to a manager yesterday about a fake bag. I bought it online by coachoutlet.com and after I got it saw it us a fake coach site. My credit card company said they will give me a refund but I have to have someone verify it is fake. I called the store spoke to a manager who told me it was no problem and she or any manager could do it and even fave me details like they no longer have the correct forms confirming it is fake but she could write the info on a card for me or something. So I drove all the way here and one if the store managers told me they will no longer do it and called both the other managers who were working yesterday and they both confirmed no one talked to me. So sine there is lying about talking to me. I really regret not writing down the girls bane which it totally my fault but I never thought they would lie about something so simple to do. Customer service what a joke. I will never shop here again!!!! The only reason I even ordered it online in the first place was the store is so far away and the fake wasn't super cheap (around 100) for a clutch. So I totally thought it was a real site. I love Coach and the employees here are very nice and helpful. However, their rugs in the store really hurts my eyes. This could be a sensory issue but the dotted rug feels like the floor's moving and my eyes feel strained. I wish this store could change the rug design to a more complementing pattern. I've liked the coach brand for many years. I hadn't purchased a handbag in a while and was looking for something to travel with. The girl who helped me was patient and helpful. Lots of suggestions and tried to zone in on my needs list. We finally found an all leather bag perfect for my travel needs, across the body, zipper closure not black etc etc.....all on sale for $100. I go to this particular location all the time. The sale people are UBER professional and helpful. I usually see RANIA who is the Coach Aficionado at this location. However this Sunday she was off. Disheartened, I prepared to leave the store and Sara approached me. Sara is a coach connoisseur also. Another excellent shopping experience. Love COACH Great Lakes. And... of course...
