The food is mainly foreign brands, some better quality than others. The fresh fruit and veg section is one of the best often with special offers on. It seems to last longer than other store which is always a bonus. The car park, well what can I say, cramped, dark and gives me the creeps. There is a bus stop right outside which is useful if you don't have your own transport.

Hopeless for anyone who is disabled as we are as every time we try do do our weekly shop we find…read moreall of the disabled parking spots taken or being taken by those who do not display or have Disabled Blue Badges, and Morrisons do nothing to Police or discourage this selfish practice. Most of the disabled parking spots are also nearer to Reigate High Street and so in our experience those spots get taken by people who unlike us are not even going to shop at Morrisons anyway, and although myself and my Wife have on occasions appealed to the usually fit young women or Girls taking those disabled spaces, all we get for our trouble usually is some awful language and verbal abuse, and even those who are more reasonable will say something like 'We are not parking for long' whereas we who are genuinely disabled are left with no other choice but to go home again because we were not able to park at all due to such selfish behaviour. And this is not helped incidentally by Morrisons themselves only having a high up notice board saying 'These spots are for disabled only' but not so marking the actual marking the spots themselves on the ground. Sounds cruel I know but we sometimes hope some of these mostly youngsters might find out the hard way themselves. Meanwhile we are forced to shop elsewhere which is Morrisons loss.

There are new ads on the Telly " Come Back" it sings, I have not been anywhere else, although not here or the one in Sutton for a good while. (must get out more). It has all what you might expect from any supermarket, but no interior Post Office, and none of those sprays that fascinated me, remember them? Anyway the car park and the store can only be accessed from Bell Street one way or up from South Reigate.

This is a Tesco Express located on the Brighton Road it has no car park only a small parking bay…read morefor about 2 cars, you can park across the road outside a parade of shops or down a side road, this can be busy at times. Inside the store is quite small but reasonably well stocked with the basics. They have 2 cashpoints and 2 self service tills but recently this have not been in use. At the end of the day you can quite often pick up bargins of reduced food as this store closes at 11pm. A convienient store to pick up top up or forgotten groceries.

There are plenty of staff around to help. They always greet you with a warm and welcoming smile. They have good knowledge of the store and the products that they are selling. If you can't find what you are looking for they will physically guide to the item not just casually point you in the direction unlike other stores. A free car park is avaliable when using the store although it can be busy, not always with people using the store.

The scan and shop service makes this a preferable place to shop compared to the nearby Tesco, especially if you have a toddler in tow (like me) and a hatred of queuing (like me). That said, the queues never seem to be that long, apart from on Saturdays, but that's to be expected. Finally, it may be my snobbery but the staff in this Waitrose seem to be a cut above the staff you get elsewhere. Even the Saturday kids are articulate and well turned out, rather than being your average gruntards.

They have recently launched a bonus card. The carpark is full most of the time, unfortunatly people park there as it is free but don't use the store. I'm sure that this is an illegal practice. I wrote to Iceland three times before finally receiving a dismissive reply from their customer "care" people. They have as a result lost a long standing regular customer.
