The service and attitude from the owners/staff in this shop is one of the worst I have every…read moreexperienced. I have been using this shop for over 12 years as I am a local resident, but the service in the last year is so bad that I will now be boycotting and driving further for a better service. They only ever have one till open, even when long queue. The staff are slow and take forever to scan the items. They will come out of room at back to serve on the postoffice counter which is attached to the two tills but wont serve a till even if long queue, just disappear back into their staff room. They have a couldn't care less attitude. They are lucky that they are in area where there are not any other convenience stores close by, but with time people will stop bothering as I am now planning to do and drive a bit further for a quicker, more polite service.
