According to the locals, this is a bigger store than the regular ones. If I get a chance to visit a regular store, I'll confirm, lol. This one does have 2 levels, and you can take the lift (elevator) or the escaltors escalators. The escalator going down wasn't working the times I've been, but just walk down anyway. They have cashiers for check out as well as self check-out lanes. Prices here are awesome! I'm a huge fan of their bakery bread and the snacks. Their sparkling water game is pretty strong, too. Don't be shocked if I check in here again, lol!

The Liverpool One branch of Superstore is not actually the most super I have come across in Liverpool as there is one in Litherland which is gargantuan in comparison. However, Liverpool One Tesco is certainly what the town needs. You still have plenty of choice here, a variety of sections such as deli, clothes and international foods to keep you adding more to your basket! I find this place more of a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience as opposed to the Metro version by the big screen, because its more spacious and offers an abundance of products. The location isn't great if you're driving there as it'll cost you pounds to park somewhere nearby but certainly convenient when you have other chores to do around town.

The produce and flowers are fresh, they have lots of "luxury" goods in the way of booze, chocolate and prepared foods etc. Adequate parking, attentive staff - bakery could be better but it is adequate. The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.

The store can be extremely busy (especially before and after school and at weekends) but there's ample parking which is free for up to two hours. If you struggle with accessibility then there's a lift in the underground car park with step free access into the store and the aisles are easy to navigate. This store doesn't have a coffee shop but the bakery provides delicious breads and plenty of tasty snacks (doughnuts, cookies) and is well worth a visit. Further the store also provides contactless payments (up to £30) which is ideal if you use something like Apple or Android Pay. The staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

It was a good job I had my receipt because I was asked at the till if I wanted It. He said he stopped me because I walked out of one of the aisle. This is true, after I had paid for my shopping I then looked at some magazines on the rack near the exit. This was an experience which did not sit well with me and I shall not be shopping there again. My suggestion to Tesco at Mickleover is to always give the customer their receipt, and once the shopping has been paid for to then leave the shop.
