They have definitely upgraded the space, and the thrills, haunts, and creativity were simply amazing. We arrived around 6:45 p.m. to catch all the characters coming out for their haunted parade, which really set the tone for the night. We got in within about 30 minutes using the regular line without having to pay for express or VIP. I went with just my husband, and it was definitely creepy navigating those dark, tight spaces with plenty of jump scares and eerie visuals. When you think you're done, you quickly realize you're only halfway through. The group ahead of us even bowed out through an emergency exit, but we were troopers and made it to the end. Even after finishing the long maze, we found ourselves wanting more because the adrenaline was still pumping. Huge kudos to the team for creating such an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

After she had my art for six weeks and my money, she said it was finally done. When I came to pick it up, I looked it over and was horrified to see that all the mitered corners were rather hacked up and chipped, looked like they were cut with a very dull blade! She tried to tell me that it wasn't chipped! Maybe she needs new eye glasses. There were large screw heads in the back that would have certainly distressed my wall. She said she would try to "fix" the mitered corners and put cardboard on the back to cover the screw heads. When I came back, it didn't look any better on the mitered corners and I said I couldn't accept it that way. She then tried to turn the tables on me and said that she just couldn't work with me, and that I obviously couldn't be satisfied. Huh? I hired her to do a professional job, and it wasn't professional looking. She said she was done with me! She took the stretched canvas out of the frame and kept the frame! I said I wanted a partial refund on the deposit that went towards the frame. She gave me some lame story about she couldn't just give me cash or a check because I had paid on a credit card, and the refund would be coming to me on the credit card I used. I have never seen the credit and it's been about two months. She owes me a refund considering the "hot mess" it was, and her not taking any responsibility for the miters, I have no option but to give a very negative review. She may think that she should be paid for the labor she put into the frame (I paid for the stretching job), but I don't want to pay for very poor framing labor (she kept the frame), so I must insist on the refund. She kept the frame which I believe she can re-cut and use on another smaller job. She acted like she was the victim, but I am the victim of her shoddy work. Note to Suzanne: Clean up your reception area, very messy, sweep the floor, remove the clutter, etc., poor first impression. I understand that mistakes can be made. But your failure to own them makes the difference. Based on other reviews here, this is a pattern.
