Our realtor referred us to Ragan at A1, and after comparing prices with other companies, we went with A1 for this initial service and thought they were great. Cut to a few months later, our furnace started acting up, as old furnaces do. Ragan and his guys spent hours inside our creepy crawl space doing repairs and fixing things that were installed incorrectly by someone else. When they ultimately determined that the furnace couldn't be saved, Ragan spent a long time talking through replacement options with me and was extremely fair with his prices. When we decided to try to utilize our home warranty to help with the cost, Ragan went the extra mile to help us submit the claim and talk to the warranty company on our behalf until they agreed to do a small reimbursement. We wouldn't have gotten anything from them without Ragan's help. Finally, today, A1 installed a new furnace and heat pump at our house... and while they were there, they noticed a serious plumbing issue that we wouldn't have known about if Ragan hadn't sent me photos! They saved our home from what could have become a much worse issue. Ragan and his team truly cared about us and our home, and they had our backs when we needed it.
