From the day I met with them, I was finally at peace and knew the work goals would be reached. They did not improvised themselves as A Dry Wall company.  I have met with so many supposed professional, for this project. I cannot count how many ridiculous interviews, quotes I had with contractors, apprentice carpenters, or painters thinking they could grudge us and do a similar job. We even had a company telling us they needed one month to so this work! Within One week Meredith framed, sheet rock, finished our 3 walls, and one was really hard to design. On time like Swiss clock. Yes they are quite booked and have waiting list, but believe me, it is worth the wait, sometimes we want fast and end up with the wrong team. What I appreciated as well is that they are not mercenaries of work, they take jobs one after one and do not csncel you because you are small, or not a mansion or else. HONESTY all the way. Gentlemen and the ladies behind the scene from the bottom of my heart, thank you. We see each other for part 2 I would recommend them over and over for the outstanding work and finitions they did for us, at the right price.

The quote was very reasonable and when we were ready, I contacted him again and he started work the following week. There were a couple of issues due to the transitions between new and old drywall (older house), but James and his crew knocked the workout in the originally scheduled days - ultimate points! I am pretty particular about the quality of work I allow in my home and my rental properties. I come from a construction background, but hate to drywall. You can't really ask more than someone who picks up the phone, sticks to his word and does great work on top of that. That was in Q1 2023. 6 months after the remodel, the flooring throughout my home needed be entirely replaced - despite my insistence that the LVP flooring would need some type of underlayment due to the uneven surfaces and transitions from concrete to wood, he insisted it was a waste of money and unnecessary (keep in mind that I paid for ALL materials, sometimes including the crew's lunch and home depot snacks apparently). In the end, I won the wrong battle that I at least wanted a moisture barrier. Now, all of the LVP throughout the entire home is cracking and separating. Worst $20K I've ever spent despite how much i loved the floor before it was installed. This issue started while they were still working on the house and he convinced me that I should compromise bc he couldn't afford to incur the cost of having to replace it. I tried for several months after completion of the project to get in touch with him and his crew foreman to no avail. They wouldn't even take my calls. Overall, I spent more than $150K on a total renovation and im being told it will take upwards of $75K to correct what they did. Im not one to ever leave a review, positive or negative, but in this case, I feel like I should warn folks. They are an extremely friendly group of folks and easily likable, but I trusted them to take care of my home and I feel like he/they took advantage of the fact that I'm a single female that didn't know all the answers. The flooring was just the tip of the iceberg, although the single most expensive mistake I made in trusting this team of people.. I think it hurt my heart more so than my pocket book to be taken advantage of to this extreme. Hard lesson learned, but i promise you I learned it well.... and will continue to pay for my bad judgment for years to come apparently. I will admit however, there were a few unforseens along the way that the team was more than willing to take care of....at a cost of course. ​

Beaux and Razvan were very quick to explain the process, helping me to understand the expected costs and even gave me some suggestions (like an updated sink) that makes the countertops (and my kitchen) look more contemporary. Given the area of the slab that I wanted as the island, they were able to find an arrangement of the remaining slab that PERFECTLY continued the granite grain into the back corner (see picture 3/4). Stunned how well they did on that piece. The installation team arrived on time, explained the process, was super friendly, and finished in only two hours - from granite removal, granite installation, attaching and bonding the sink, and preparing the sink area for the plumbing. And they cleaned up almost everything after they were done. Very professional. Oh, and you might see that the caulking against the wall looks imperfect, but I asked the guys not to worry about making it perfect as I'm tiling once the bonding has cured and would have been a waste of time; I'm sure they'd have made it perfect otherwise. I cannot say how much they exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much guys! Now you have me shopping for a new DW and range to live up to these beautiful new countertops. ;-)
