If I could rate Anne Marie zero stars, I would…read more I got married SIX years ago, and I am STILL sick to my stomach whenever I think about our wedding photography. I still haven't put together a wedding album because of it. Choosing her as my photographer is the only thing I regret about my wedding. 1. She was rude. She was rude to my videography team, snapping at them to get out of her way while they were also trying to capture footage after the ceremony. She was also rude to my young nieces and nephews and made my nieces cry. 2. During our consultation, she assured me that she and her second shooter would coordinate so my husband and I would not see each other before the ceremony because we had chosen not to do a first look. We still ran into him TWICE before the ceremony because of poor communication and coordination. 3. She did NO research. After the ceremony she asked me, "Where can we go take pictures?" We spent 25 minutes walking around outside of the venue to find a place to shoot outdoors (in heels and in the mud). 4. At the reception, there was a mix-up regarding vendor meals. My coordinator was actively resolving it and *explicitly* asked the vendors not to involve me so I could enjoy my wedding. Anne Marie immediately came to tell me what had happened anyway, creating unnecessary stress during my reception and completely disregarding my coordinator's instructions. 5. She forgot how many hours we had contracted her for. According to my videography team, during the final 90mins of the reception she sat in the lobby and said she would not photograph anything else until the exit because she believed she was over contract. She also sent her second shooter home early, despite agreeing that he would remain for the entire wedding. I had to leave my own reception to address the situation, at which point she realized she had calculated her hours incorrectly and should have still been working. But the most heartbreaking part was the photographs themselves. The joy, laughter, spontaneity, beauty, and energy of our wedding day were not captured. The photos felt stale and lifeless. There is not a single photograph she took that I would be happy to display in my home. NONE. The only wedding photos I currently have displayed were taken by her second shooter. Even worse, I had provided Anne Marie with a shot list of the photos that mattered most to me, and she completely disregarded it. I have no wedding photos with just my mom or dad. None with my nieces and nephews. None of my entire family together. None with my siblings. Those are priceless memories I can never recreate, and my heart is still broken over it six years later. When I called Anne Marie after receiving the photos and explained my concerns, her response was, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?!" She then sent me nearly 700 unedited photos from my wedding. But even among all of those, there was not one photograph I felt was worth taking to another photographer to have professionally edited so I could display it in my home. We chose SO wrong. You only get one chance to capture the memories of a day like this. I deeply regret trusting Anne Marie with ours. If you are considering her, RUN. If you have already contracted with her, forfeit the deposit and RUN. I am so sorry to everyone who were scammed after me because I didn't leave a review before now. Learn from my mistake. RUN. To Anne Marie: PLEASE find another career field. The stakes are too high in this one for you to continually miss the mark so often and so badly.

Anne Marie is a great photographer and wonderful person! We originally just booked her for our…read morewedding, but Covid hit so we had to postpone and decided to add on an engagement photoshoot also. She was very understanding and flexible as we kept changing plans through the crazy circumstances. She was always available to discuss the different options and provide suggestions for timing and location to get the best photos. And the photos turned out great for both the engagement shoot and our small Covid wedding! She tailored the shoots to what we wanted, while ensuring the photos turned out beautifully.  It was also just a lot of fun working with her. We highly recommend Anne Marie and can't wait to work with her again for the rescheduled big wedding later this year!

I've been nervous to write this as I don't like to share negative reviews. However I feel it's…read moretime. I have been incredibly disappointed with Seem photography in regards to my wedding experience with them. I picked Seem because they did an amazing vibrant job on my glitter photos. When I booked them for my wedding and received my bridals they all had a vintage sepia muted tone. (Picture included) while I loved the actual photos, I was not pleased with the edits so asked if they could brighten them, considering I wanted them bright and they were taken outside. They claimed "that was their style" and that a different photographer does weddings so the tone would be different. I accepted that and was hopeful the wedding photos would not be as muted in color tone. It took 10 full weeks for me to receive my photos, and not until the 10th week mark was I told that 20-22 of my photos were corrupted, I felt they were putting mine off because they didn't want to tell me what happened. They tried to placate the situation by giving me a free large print on card stock valued at "400.00" (it sure doesn't look like it's worth 400 dollars). To me that was not acceptable, a 400 refund or offer to take a small studio session of me and my two best friends and family since those were the corrupted files would have been a much better way to make up for the corrupted files. When I told them I was disappointed they got incredibly short with me and simply asked for my address to email the usb. I do like about half of my wedding photos, with that said I was hopeful that I would be pleased with many more than just half. I also feel that they have gotten very greedy. I have to use their very expensive printing service if I want to print any of my wedding photos bigger than 8x10 because they compress the images and make it so you have to use their service so they can continue to make a profit. This is the only reason the print was valued at 400.00. (Price gouge) They take wonderful portraits, baby photos and family photos, with that said I wish I had done more research on their wedding photos. I will say I was incredibly pleased with the male assistant photographer they used. He did a great job. While Sarah was kind, I am still upset about how the situation was handled with the editing as well as the corrupted files not being told to me until the last minute. I am not bashing this company, I am simply sharing my experience and feelings and want to make sure others know which photographer and style they are signing up for. Had I known the style would be completely different from my glitter photo shoot I would have strongly considered a different company.
