He patiently and expertly answered all of our questions. His price was the most competitive and we liked the work he had done in the three commercial locations that we visited throughout LA. However, it was too good to be true. As much as we wanted him to be our contractor, he apparently didn't want to us to be his customer! None of our multiple phone calls or two emails came back with a response. Nothing! It was as if he'd left the planet. We even thought maybe he was on vacation and gave him an extra week. Our realtor (friend) then gave us the tough love truth, "move on!" We've since moved to the competitor, who promptly answers our calls and is doing the work this week. We would have liked to work with Demmert and Associates, but just letting you know that we never even got to. It's a shame really. But perhaps it's best in retrospect.

I have emailed him with no response and when I speak with him he asks that I keep calling him to remind him as he is very busy.
