I still have a hole on my wall, duo a leak on my neighbor side on MARCH 2010!!!!! Im still waiting to be fixed. Just received a letter saying my condo fee is being paid late when its NOT!!!! today is Feb. 14 and I haven't received my common charge book yet and thay are saying its late????? How stupid his staff can be to not be able to change a mailing address????? I have call them 5 time for the address change..... I guess we will meet a the court.... its just a poor, sloppy, stupid job they provide for a fee of $3.9996,00 a year!! read more

It's been over a year since we've been with CM and from the previous management company it's been day and night. I had a reoccurring leak that was never addressed when CM came aboard, everything was handled in every aspect from start to finish. I can't thank you guys enough! read more

If there were minus stars I would pick the lowest,each year they have been here our complex has gone more and more in disrepair,(I've been here over 20 years)we have one of the highest common charges in area(with no pool or special amenities)we pay one of the highest in area with under 1 acre of mow able lawn and parking lot ( they should be doing competive shopping NOT)we've had parking issues and still do after 5 years,last straw came when 2nd floor ac grill is off asked about having it put back on ,they would for a price( are you kidding me this is part of the property that was built into condo,they don't care if it looks like crap ,so if your shopping for a management company my advice is to keep on looking,very unprofessional and very RUDE, Still as of 3/4/2019 is the most unprofessional property management company's that I've seen to date ,the insist on keeping west landscaping who is ripping us off blind ,were one of his only accts ,and it's 9:45 and still hasn't been here to plow ,it's that part of property management to fix these problems ,and start shopping around for new landscape company. Here it is 6 /7/2019 and have not seen anyone from our property management company .no spring work done . Kids still ramming into cars on there bicycles. And throwing balls at them.people are putting up tents and not taking them down. Filling up pools. And were is our property management I know we're NO WERE TO BE FOUND ,the only activity I see from this company is them taking our hard earned money fron our acct ,with them doing nothing but paperwork ,we need a good lawyer and new property management company,if anyone out there can help would love to hear from you read more

Not the best company to deal with. They don't return calls. Issues aren't handled right away. The staff can be rude. If had issues with certain neighbor's ( which never where addressed) The condo president isn't exactly the nicest and lies. She's a whack w/ no life ( the BOD plays favorites) The president uses her status as a form of power to go againt residents she dislikes. She needs to knock that chip off her shoulder. They need to get a new president and BOD at Montaindale. LL( the president( needs to go) ! CM needs to treat the residents better and issues tended to more promptly read more

The worst of the worst! We finally got rid of them from our complex but it took getting rid of an incompetent and possibly corrupt board to do it. Anytime I called them with an issue I was told it was my problem to fix and everyone else I spoke with had similar experience with CM. The condition of the property was deteriorating under their watch and our reserves were nearly empty. If your condo association wants to bring them in to manage your property you need to put a stop to it or vote in a new board. read more

Deserves a negative star! Management doesn't address concerns in a timely manner. Phone calls are ignored and emails go without responses or you have to email multiple times to get a reply! Tim is rude and doesn't seemed qualified for the position he holds. They hire the cheapest landscapers and contractors, the complex has gone downhill the last two years I have lived there under CM's Management. read more

Poorly run company with a staff that is less than helpful. This property management company treated me with a very passive attitude, they do not address the concerns of owners and do not even take time to address important issues. They must be squandering all of the common charge money with the way my complex looks. Very unprofessional staff. Stay away and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them. read more

Have to say since removing CM property of Southbury Connecticut it has been to a great relief. There work habits were not in the best interest to our complex, there employees for managing properties are not experience and mostly rude and inconsiderate to unit owners. We've had nothing but continuance complaints for the past two years since CM property was handed down to a son who is not only rude but his intentions are not in the best interest for our complex. As a prior bartender he needs to break away from friends doing management like hiring a fireman who retired who knows nothing of the sort of construction or maintaining property and most of all people skills in speaking to unit owners. For years that I live here are budget never exceeded $100.000.00. Since changing five months ago now not only we have notice an increase to our reserves but our complex is getting the much needed work that CM Property neglected to do. Our complex is beginning to shape up and look good once again. I would not recommend CM Property!!! read more
