I don't know if you understand business, but that's called accommodating to customers and being a dedicated store owner! Like any used book store, you never know what you will find. Most of the books are obtained through donations, and some are from discarded library books. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have asked them to be on the lookout for a couple of authors or books. Some they have found, while some have been shelved by other staff. All in all, they do a great job. They are very friendly. There are a massive amount of 50 cent paperback novels. It's located in the basement of the Main Street Public Library.

However the last few times I've been there, the staff have been really snobby and condescending. This last time, they were so rude, I'd rather pay retail from Michael's, Joann's, or on Amazon. While there, staff was discussing problems filling their classes. There was a class 2 people had signed up for, but 1 cancelled, so they cancelled the class. I thought, "No wonder." I've come to the realization they are insular rather than friendly. It's an unpleasant, exclusionary atmosphere. No thanks.
