Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

We had our house built 34 years ago and had limestone flooring installed in the kitchen. If you…read moreknow anything about limestone, you know that it is very porous and anything acidic spilled on it can have devastating effects on it. Throughout the years, I've had it professionally cleaned from time to time, but I never invested in a really thorough deep cleaning until recently when I used Ken at American Tile Cleaning. He did a total restoration on the flooring over the course of a couple of days. He worked an absolute miracle on the floors. Every grout line was back to the original color. Huge areas where lemon juice, tomatoes and coffee had been spilled were intensely worked on and the whole floor was brought back to its original glory. It actually shines again. I will attach pictures shortly, but the difference is absolutely remarkable. Besides just being overall dull and dirty it was stained in multiple areas and the grout was brownish. When he was finished, you could see all the natural striations in the Stone and it shines so beautifully now you can actually see the reflection from the overhead lights on the floor. Ken is an absolute professional. He loves what he does and it shows. As stated before, it was a 2 to 3 day job so it was not cheap, but I have seen where cheap gets me by using other companies in the past. This was worth every penny. Sept 8, 2024…read more Recently I had Jeff Nolan come out to my property near Avery to view some repair work needed on a building. Jeff was courteous in our meeting and agreed that he would do the repairs and send me a work order via e-mail with a cost estimate. Regrettably, Jeff did not furnish me the cost estimate at all. I waited a week for the estimate and made several phone calls and left messages on his cell phone asking if he had made the estimate yet. After a week had passed when I heard nothing from Jeff he sent me an e-mail saying he decided he couldn't do the job until next year. This was in conflict with what he told me when we met at the property a week before. i had to come 82 miles on the day we met to discuss the work needed. Jeff did not act in a professional and organized manner in this negotiation. He was not business-like and pulled the rug out from under me and made no attempt to get me satisfied. I could not recommend him as a contractor because he apparently does no employ fair business practices.
