Very disappointed on my visit for a fuel filter change on my truck. He took over and had the cap off in a few minutes, he came back and gave me some off the wall excuse regarding the first tech. Also, on the rear filter somehow the managed to brake the drain valve and again he gave me some off the wall excuse on why it broke. They order the part and replaced it the next day. Again, the manager was very condescending and trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favor by replacing the cap. Newer truck that is in great shape. I am done trying to support business with below average work mechanical experience and no supervision of inexperience employees.
