But when it comes to practice, the Regent school doesn't want anyone who's not part of the Regent family to practice on their field. I hope the school management will review the fire plan for the auditorium as the way the auditorium is designed it doesn't appear safe. The play that I recently attended the sound system was ear shattering. No way would the level of the sound pass OSHA standards. Everyone should have been given complimentary ear plugs. The music playing before the play began could be heard at an appropriate level out in the parking lot. We kept hoping the sound would be turned down after the play began but it wasn't. Finally we had to just accept that the tickets we purchased for the play is a donation and we left with our heads hurting from the loud sound. We do not plan to attend any Lincoln events in the future.

Cannot recommend TLE enough! As a new mom I worried about having someone else take care of my boy…read morewhen I went back to work, however my fears disappeared as soon as we met Nicole and the teachers at TLE. In such a short time they have become like family. The facility is a breath of fresh air with staff who greet you with a smile every time they see you, take time to get to know you and your child personally, and communicate needs and updates daily. Our boy has so much fun, is learning daily, plus we love getting updates on the app they have throughout the day of what he's doing and seeing photos of his time away from us. If you're looking for a home away from home for you precious little one, a safe and clean place for them to play and learn, and a staff that is extremely welcoming and passionate this is the place for you! So grateful for this place and the peace of mind it brings my family

They don't have the proper education to care for these children as I saw all the sweets and sugar that was ordered that they give them throughout the day (No wonder why he's bouncing off the walls). They would constantly take my son and put him on the floor in the corner in their office because they didn't know how to teach him. I've seen other children hit my child and they didn't react to that but when he defended himself he was the one that got in trouble as we are working on the no hitting because he's a 2 year old and this is when they learn. Not to mention my son doesn't do this in outings, at home, nor at any friends house so I am assuming he's picking up the behavior at this school. They are full of misinformation they didn't help him, he's never been this bad until he enrolled here. Again this was an awful mistake and experience. I will never attend a learning experience again. My suggestion if you have a hyper kid or a 2 year old that hits don't put them in this program, my kid had to pick it up from here because like I said before he's never hit, or acted out the way he does now.

Communication to parents was hit and miss unless it was in concern to making a payment. They either sporadically use the KinderCare app to let parents know what's happening throughout the day, or my daughter was not being fed her lunch a good amount of time. She's 2 and usually naps for about 1.5-2 hours at home, but was bobbing around 3 hours regularly based on their tracking. Idk. Something wasn't right over there.

My child had two incidents that transpired in one day. The teachers in the infant room all all sketch except for Miss Cara, she is really the only teacher my son felt at ease with and was comfortable around from what I gathered. Miss Cara is the only teacher that communicated with me the things my child did daily and that was when she was actually in the room because she was out of the room throughout the day doing "breaks" There was bad vibes from all the other teachers and just the entire staff period. Ester the director of the school was polite and always helpful. The others were snarky and rude! I'm just glad I pulled my child out of there before anything escalated further! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!

I had to get here 40 mins early bc the line to pick up your kids here is literally a half a mile to a mile long if you get here any later. Parents aren't allowed to wait outside and are required to be in a car if the kid doesn't ride the school bus. It starts at the school next to 169 and goes straight out to Mingo and there's a second line that merges into that line coming from the next block over. Yesterday, I made the mistake of getting here just ten mins early at 3:00 and I was in line waiting until 3:40. Ive still got a good 15-20 mins before I get her still bc school doesn't even let out until 3:10 and there's still a lot of cars ahead of me. I have never seen anything like this before. That said, this is a great school with great teachers!
