The issue was unknown at the time they sent me a quote for the installation of an alarm system. Despite a lot of surprises in my house along the way, they still honored the original quote. They went above and beyond to get the system working as intended. Among other things, they came to my house three more times then they expected to (including coming once after-hours), and they added some additional equipment to the setup that they did not charge me for. All the workers I interacted with were extremely friendly and personable, and the steady communication from them at every stage of trouble-shooting the issue was amazing. I never felt like I was in the dark, and I never had to struggle to get into contact with somebody for an update. I couldn't recommend Erker security enough - if you work with them you won't regret it!

The reason every photo is perfect is because the photographer holds himself to a standard about 10,000 times higher than any client would conceive of. If he wants to give you 150 perfect photos, he will EASILY take 3,000 and spend extra hours on site to make sure he gets the right shots. Perfectionists may get a bad rap in things like relationships and therapy, but trust me, you want one for your photographer! I could not be happier with my photos.
