Yes Brewers is heavy handed with the red Onions... but considering the ample ammount of greens and other toppings... remove what you'd like of the onions! The steak was medium as ordered! Moist, flavorful strips of beef not overly seasoned was yummy! This meal was a pick up order and with just under two miles to travel once opened everything was fresh and tantalizing. Ambiance? Well there's no place like home. Service at the enormous hostess station which resembles something more along the lines of the bridge of a Federation vessel was professional! By the way.... Their ENORMOUS pizzas make a really great contribution to any pot luck, school party, team lunch or party! Thank you Brewers for being a place our family has always felt comfortable and welcome! Brewers off of Avenue B and 24th might not be a place 'where everyone knows your name... but given enough time, who could say?

3 stars only because our server and the staff were great and the beer was good…read more Realistically, 1 star for the food. There was no flavor in anything. We got the appetizer sampler and the only good thing on there was the bacon. Everything else tasted like old deep fryer oil. Pizza was okay. Burger was dry and tasted like nothing. The OG fish tacos...bland doesn't begin to describe it. The corn tortillas were cold, like they were just taken straight out of the package and thrown on the plate. The whole dish was a plate of white and cold. The fish was barely warm and somehow soggy. I don't know if going back just for the beer selection is worth it if you can't get any good food to go with it.

I could see the person working on their cell phone slouch over. Totally ignored me. I waited and I waited. And then I gave up. And walked across the street to the next bar. Don't mean to be rude. For 2 medium pizzas and two sets of wings being $80 for a pick up. Not at all worth it. The pizza…read moresauce tasted like spaghetti sauce. I don't know about the service cause I didn't have any. I ordered and I picked up for the 10 seconds that I talked to someone they seem very nice but in all reality, the pizza is definitely not worth the price and I can get better pizza at a lot of different shops. This is all we got for 80 bucks and if the pizza was 1000 times better than the wings were 1000 times better I would not be complaining. I'm eating the food only because the simple fact that I paid for it and I'm not gonna go freaking try and find another place to spend more money at at this point but trust me when I say pizza is not worth it. Wings are not worth it. It was horrendous for the price.
