Unfortunately had a horrible experience with this location and owner. The owner was very unprofessional and rude in terms of refunds.

It's okay. It's like a small-town CorePower, basically -- hot, crowded classes with loud music and…read morezero spirituality. I stopped going here because this place does expiration dates on class packs. Individual classes are VERY expensive, so you're encouraged to buy multi-class packs, but they expire in 30 days. Other studios let you use the classes you purchased at a slower pace, so I'll be going there instead. I'm sick of wasting my money here.

The class itself was in a heated room to around 98 degrees and lasted around 75 minutes. The staff were all really friendly and the facilities were clean. Matts and towels were available for rent for those that do not have their own. Vinyasa itself is a class that includes smooth transitions between poses and I definitely felt more used to them towards the end. As this is my second time doing yoga and the first time doing heated yoga, this will be my standard going forward. I have no issues with any of the instructions or the facilities. Everything came to $19.50 which is lower than the $20/class that I see on their website. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area.

Salsa In the Suburbs - A great group after a dance workshop!

I love dancing! As I traveling nurse, I have experienced multiple schools across the country. The…read morequality of lessons I am receiving at Salsa in the Suburbs is second to none. Big dance schools like to hold you back & put everyone into a single curricular mold. I was always bored and wanting more. All the other staff members & students here are knowledgeable and welcoming as well. Socials and practice parties are an added bonus. I've always loved Salsa, but now my interest in Bachata has been piqued as well. Do yourself a favor and try Sensual Bachata! Julie is a particularly great coach! She is always pushing and challenging me. Even when I am not sure of my abilities, she strives to get more out of me. This personalization is what I've always wanted and that other schools are lacking. In addition to the dance instruction, Julie is a blast to work with and we laugh the entire lesson. I'm learning so much, getting in a great workout, and having a great time while doing it! I highly recommend Salsa in the Suburbs and all it has to offer for your dancing desires.

I'd been to classes at another venue before, and while I enjoyed those classes, I do appreciate the different levels they have at Salsa in the Suburbs. They structure the classes well so that you can put together a routine by the time you finish up a course. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We went to one of the later classes in the series, so we needed some clarification on a part of the routine that we had missed in prior classes. One of the instructors, Craig, was great about showing us what we had missed and helping us both get it right. He didn't just show us what we had asked about; he asked us to do the entire routine to make sure we understood it all, which was great. I'm looking forward to attending the rest of the classes in this series as well as the higher-level classes.

One of the women who is a regular said that the studio had recently been taken over by a new owner who has let it go downhill. Pathetic way to run a business -- looks like I'll be sticking with Pure Barre in Greenville moving forward.

I have now adapted the morning classes into my weekly routine. I love how strong I feel after class, and love seeing the changes and results... My legs have never been so firm! Each class has a great ab/core segment, but you will find you're actually engaging your core the entire time which is great. You can start at any fitness level and literally walk in with NO idea what you're doing like I did, and soon enough your body learns the moves. The instructors really know how to challenge you (and get those muscles shaking!), but still walk around and observe each client, ensuring you're doing the moves with proper form, for safety and for best results! The instructors and regulars are all very sweet and welcoming, so there is no intimidation factor! Try a class! :)
