Find the inter-terminal airport shuttle bus (stops 3 and 4) between airside and parking lot. These shuttles run every 5-10 minutes. 2. Walk toward gate 15 while inside the terminal. A gates and B gates are connected. This option allows you to stay airside, so you don't need to exit and enter security again. Hot food is lacking; you have to order this by scanning a QR code. You can also order alcoholic drinks online. WiFi is free (no password). They had two different soups at my time of visit. Restrooms and water refill stations are in the back of the lounge.

The lounge is easy to find and check in was a breeze. The space is large - you walk into a seating area and to the right is the bar and food. There are multiple areas to sit and even a quiet area set back from the rest. We found a seat and I ordered a sparkling Rose. Each table has a bar code that you an scan and order your drinks, they have a large menu to select from but you can only order one drink at a time. The drink arrived promplty and after settling in, we went to check out the food. The menu is not extensive, they had a salad bar, chips and dip, bar snacks, a soup and some fried rice. Not extensive but that is a relief sometimes because too many choices can be overwhelming. The onion dip was fabulous as were the bar snacks. The soup was nice and warm and mixing in some of the rice made for a very filling meal. They also have flavored water and fruit, packed and ready to go. The wine are mostly from CA but they had a couple of French wines, I also tried a chardonnay that hit the spot! There was one woman who sat right in the center of the seating area and proceeded to gossip and complain about work and her co-workers as loudly as if she was in her living room. It was long conversation and even though she was loud enough to be heard outside, no one came by to tell her to take it somewhere else. I took one star off for that - the employees should ensure that it is a welcoming place for all travelers not just the self centered ones. The best part of the visit was the dessert, they had a fluffy layered cake, covered with mousse, jam and topped with whipped cream - so good! The DOWN SIDE was that less than half of the power outlets worked and some of those that did work the plugs were so worn out that my power plug literally fell out of the outlet. They have a full bar, but because it was before 6 AM, it was not open yet. The food was OK. They had eggs and sausages, hot and cold cereal, bagels, fruit, and that sort of thing. They also have juice coffee, hot, chocolate, and an espresso machine. That machine made a decent latte. Nothing fancy, but enough for a decent breakfast. It's a nice little lounge. The hot food consisted of egg white frittatas, biscuits & gravy, chicken apple sausage, mini pancakes, bacon & vegan sausage. Items were being replenished quickly and there were a number of employees clearing plates & assisting patrons. At 11am, the staff announced last call for breakfast, & they indicated that they would be setting up for lunch. The bar is fully stocked & the coffee machines are humming. I had a 2% latte that was pleasant. On the other side of the lounge is a fully stocked tea & drip coffee station. There is also a water / water bottle refill station that is not exactly intuitive. You have to hold down the little button at the base of the faucet. Anyhoo... The space itself is nothing special or spectacular, and it was quite busy the whole time I sat here. It was more pleasant than sitting at the gate though, that is for sure! The bathrooms are adequate. L'Occitane Verveine soap is stocked, but there is no lotion. (When I went back into the bathroom before I left the lounge, the lotion had been restocked.) Shower facilities are available upon request.
