I've been a runner and run coach all my life but as someone who avoided the gym was acutely aware that some appropriate S&C would help me not only continue to run, to help prevent injuries but that gaining strength as I aged would provide other heath benefits. I took some recommendations, Mike and the team at Club 300 continued to be top of peoples' lists. I met with Mike and started working with him and was immediately impressed by the ABC. A - The Attention to detail in preparing the sessions, giving appropriate nutritional advice, critiquing movement patterns and adapting both sessions and practices to suit my race schedule and abilities. B - Working with me to master the Basics and explaining the underpinning anatomy, physiology and biomechanics behind why and how we were going to achieve the aim. C - Continually adapting sessions to meet the aim and keep them Challenging but achievable.
For me lastly it is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Mike and the whole team have created that deserves mention. It is no way an intimidating place to train and I quite genuinely look forward to every session. I can't recommend Club 300 highly enough. read more
