The gym is small with a weights room, main gym and very small, hot cardio room in a converted squash court. For students however, the price is reasonable and there is a good atmosphere as everyone seems to know each other. The changing rooms are not great and I would recommend putting all your belongings in a locker rather than leaving them in the room.

It is only £3 for every visit and there are good prices for monthly membership options. My Dad and a friend of mine go there all the time and introduced me to Dowie's. There is also a dojo next door, but I can't comment as I have never attended any classes. Great place for getting your fitness on.

Just look at the pictures. As well as the great facilities it has a real social focus with regular club events, quiz nights etc. Highly recommended.

I haven't tried any of the classes but there are a variety to suit every fitness level. I would recommend joining this gym, especially if you are a student because they have student rates.
